Ramboda Falls Hotel

Excellent location views breathtaking especially the waterfall while having breakfast lunch and Dinner

Old but well maintained hotel. Nice view from our room and good staffs.

The hotel had a nice and very accommodating staff. The western style food that we had was delicious. However the most fantastic part of our stay was the perfect waterfall of you and the sound of rushing water that could be clearly heard in each room that we stayed

Outstanding setting! Rooms need some love. Hotel staff very nice and accommodating.

An amazing location, brave the natural pool and have your feet nibbled by the fish. Having the waterfall outside your window is great, views amazing.
Food good; but be aware that the bar is not always open.
Staff helpful.
Isolated need tuc tuc or taxi to get any where although the walk to the Blue Tea plantation is good.

The house keeping was below parched to contact them through reception for getting napkins.Hot water kettle didn't work.The restaurant was good ,dinner buffet spread was very good,a la carte menu is very extensive.Our room (302) started stinking in the early morning through the bathroom.We were glad to check out early.The only saving grace was the staff ,especially from F & B,they went out of way to be helpful, would like to name the manager Mr Haresh .The price is very reasonable ,now we know why.

Amazing location with lovely views, but many things within room not working (balcony lights, water heater, they don't ice cubes for drinks).

We had two rooms booked as we are travelling with our children. As with all hotels that we have stayed in, we had to 'debate' at check in on having the rooms side by side rather than on different floors. They only fixed it when I pointed out the notes in the Hotels.com booking paperwork that they had. I just wish reserveation staff would read the notes that are left for them. We ended up on the same floor eventually. The view of the falls from this hotel is fabulous. Food was nice and staff friendly.

Nice hotel for one night stay, opposite the water fall . Interesting location, though away from main city. Dinner and breakfast buffet was ok , a different getaway for one night only !!
