unzufriedenstellenden Service und unangemessenes Verhalten des Personals

Cons:

was mich besonders gestört hat, war der Telefonsupport. Wir benötigten lediglich den Code für das WLAN, doch anstatt uns unkompliziert zu helfen, wurden uns nur Fragen gestellt, was sehr frustrierend war.

Der Höhepunkt der Unannehmlichkeiten war jedoch, dass die Zimmerreinigung oder Haushälterin kurz vor 10 Uhr an unserer Zimmertür klopfte und fragte, wann wir denn auschecken würden, obwohl die offizielle Check-out-Zeit um 11 Uhr ist. Diese Art, Gäste so unter Druck zu setzen, empfinde ich als unangemessen und unfreundlich!

Bella da fuori e anche dentro e anche pulita, ma mancavano dei servizi essenziali come pentole, almeno quelle.

Unterkunft für arbeiten im Rheintal.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut.
Parkplätze reichlich zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr ringhörig.
Rechnungsadresse konnte leider nicht angepasst werden, obwohl es in def Nachricht des Hotels erwähnt wurde.
Beim Check-in und Schlüssel programmieren vor Ort weiss ich nicht welches Zimmer ich habe. Wird mir erst per Mail mitgeteilt.

Pros:

La mia camera era invasa da cimici dei letti, ragni e moscerini. Era la camera 120. E' stata una esperienza terribile! Appena sono tornato a casa ho dovuto lavare tutto a 60°C e ho dovuto disinfettare anche lo zaino e la valigia. Purtroppo lo zaino non ha retto il lavaggio e sono molto triste, perché mi aveva accompagnato in tutti i continenti durante i miei viaggi.

Cons:

Pulizia! Con le finestre aperte a ribalta tutto il giorno chiaramente entrano gli insetti. Il ragno che avevo nel letto accando aveva un diametro di 4 cm almeno.
