Pros:

Ruhig gelegen. Gut isoliert. Zimmer ist sauber. Sehr Nahe von Bern Hauptbahnhof. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist immer gratis mit dabei und Auswahl im Verhältnis, dass es ein 2-Stern Hotel ist sehr grosszügig. Bahnticket auch gratis enthalten. 24 Stunden Reception. Würde wieder kommen

Cons:

Nicht alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Blackout Vorhang. Es hat zwar Fensterläden aber auch die verdunkeln nur bedingt. Aber lässt sich mit dem alten Alufolie & Wassertrick schnell beheben.

Pros:

Great price and value for a short break in a fantastic city. I did not want bells and whistles. Just a friendly welcome (staff gave excellent advice on how the local transport system worked), a comfy bed, a hot shower, and a great breakfast. All of which I got. I would book again should I ever be back in Bern.

Cons:

Nothing, though having a shared bathroom to a bit of getting used to (another guest was showing but had not locked the door and it had opened a bit!).

Very good for what I paid. Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and an unexpected bonus. Location of hotel is very close to Hauptbahnhof ie only 3 bus stops away.

Cons:

There's no toilet in the room but then one has to accept that as this is an old building
