The staff were very friendly. The first room appeared to be a "smoking" room. The second room was significantly better. Although the hotel is quite large, its location isn't ideal. It's quite a distance from the downtown and night market area. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. I traveled alone and only stayed for one night.
I am not only disappointed in this hotel but also Expedia because both are not handicap friendly. I am 100% disabled and one of my disabilities is my lower back, the bed was ROCK HARD and there was no way that I would have been able to sleep on it, the management was not apologetic and would not give me a refund, so I had to eat the cost while booking another hotel that was a lot better, plus the hotel was in a real bad neighborhood
Hall way too dark. Breakfast could be better.
The whole place around it is under construction maybe in 5 years I will be nice. Great location if youre Chinese, all tv channels are only Chinese. Location where all the foreigners hang out is around Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane which is about 10-minute ride. about 70k kip.
its a clean big room. Good in general .
but the swimming pool feel like you swim on the street because there is a direct access to the peoples from the street to the Swimming pool . no need to pass through hotel entrance .
but even though i accepted , on the second day the swimming pool was closed .
and I paid for Deluxe room with Sofa and i got a Business room without Sofa .
no refund and i discovered that both have same price while Expedia charge one dollar more for deluxe .
as a Muslim its Ramadan so i couldn't take breakfast in the morning ,so there was no other option to take it later .
I’ll come back next time I am in Laos!
Great Hotel!
Only one little thing!!
Toilet plumbing!
The toilets At SanJiang is made for Bidet Guns! But there is no Bidet Guns installed so I Blocked the Toilet First night!
I Didn’t expect condom in the room. Allowed Smoke in the hall.
Staff was very helpful, checked into room that wasnt ready (fronf desk didnt know), upon discovery immediately moved me to a room that was ready (kudos) room AC had some issues immediately upon notice staff was on top of it, problem shortly fixed agaian kudos to them. Front desk very helpful make travel arraingements to the airpot (free shuttle). Overall great experience would stay again if i had stop over in town.
I don't like that it smell and guesses are allow to smoke.
Staff was amazing. Arrangements to airport shuttle very easy.
👌
During the heat it was a great refuge.
Property is clean for the most part. shower needs to be more clean and not have stains.
Smells like smoke. Seems a bit shady, so needs to really set some new policies to make it nicer. IE: No smoking inside
Look good overall
Property seemed ok until you check into your room and find out the toilet and shower don’t work properly. And than on the table is a escort ad for entertainment with condoms next to the bed. Not for me
Towels didn’t look clean- room smells smoking when it’s a non smoking room. Spa room was dirty. Massager we’re not properly train on how to massage.!
Located in a shopping area with a lots of back lanes to get in and out of hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most do not speak English well, but try hard to understand. The area is okay but there isn't much to do unless you go about 4 miles away. Fortunately tuk-tuks are only $3 so not expensive. I was impressed with Laos, my first time here and it was very enjoyable.
A kind of Chinese run hotel. The young girl behind reception was so nice and friendly. But the restaurant was shut. I had a small bag of laundry done and it was almost the cost of the room for one night. Nothing around the area.
