La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro. La relación precio/calidad es buena. Las habitaciones son normales y la limpieza es buena.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado es central, así que puedes pasar frío o calor dependiendo del humor de los empleados de la recepción. El equipo del aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, estar en una habitación cercana puede ser muy molesto. El desayuno es mediocre.

Pros:

A recepcionista foi muito gentil. Tive um erro na reserva e ela prontamente resolveu meu problema.

Cons:

Na realidade não tenho o que reclamar, sempre que sou convocada a trabalho gosto de ficar neste hotel, são educados e atenciosos.
