The stay ther was ok for a short time.
Pros:

We spend there 3 days. the room was clean. Staff were nice, And the place has good location. They organized for us transport to the train station.

Cons:

The room was very small rather for one person, instead they put queen bad . It was very hard to move at the shaver. The included breakfast, sandwich with jam and coffee. For better breakfast you have to pay.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral und dazu ziemlich ruhig.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Standard Zimmer. Das eine Zimmer war so klein, dass man nicht mal einen geöffneten Koffer neben das Bett legen konnte.
Die Wäscherei verlangt 40.000kip für Expresswäsche, die dennoch mehr als 24h braucht, das kenne ich von anderen Hotels definitiv anders. Die normale Wäsche für 30.000 hätte zwei Tage gedauert.

若干古びた感はあるが、清掃が行き届いており快適
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切

部屋にエアコンが無い
私が宿泊したのは乾季だったのでそれほど気にならず快適に過ごせたが、雨季や暑季のときは暑苦しいかもしれない
