Tucked away and a little difficult to find, but...
Pros:

We had a room only for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I couldn't fault the room or service at all

все очень спокойно и доброжелательно. утюг дали, когда понадобился. неудобно - вечером карточкой было не заплатить.

Удобный и уютный отель
Pros:

Номер небольшой, но уютный, за чистоту "4", отель спокойный, малонаселенный, располагается в шикарном месте, рядом с Красной площадью, шаговая доступность от станции метро, рядом много кафе, ресторанов, скверы, местоположение компенсирует мелкие недостатки- например, плохая работа домофона, обслуживание нормальное.
