Everything was ok.
However, kitchen close early and there are no options for a midnight snack.
There were plenty of options for breakfast but they were cold and had to constantly asking food availability.

Muy mal servicio al momento de hacer el check in. Escasa empatía y si bien era más de las 2 de la tarde y el ingreso formal es a las 3; en general en la mayoría de los hoteles o no hay problema o buscan explicarte de una manera amable que no disponen de la habitación al momento. No volvería nunca

La estadía estuvo bien pero pudo ser mejor. No se nos informó que el hotel no dispone de A/C, el restaurante tenía pocas opciones disponibles y el sabor no fue muy bueno, el desayuno incluido fue terrible el servicio, las chicas corrían de un lado a otro sin ninguna guía y solo una cocinera haciendo huevos, toman los pedidos y los olvidan. Las habitaciones bien y la limpieza bien. Tienen opciones de mejora.

Lamentable experiencia
Pros:

La experiencia fue regular por no decir mala. Puntos en general:

- Chekin rapido
- El baño de la habitación que me entregaron estaba sucio
- Me cambiaron de habitación, estaba bien.
- Tenían un evento corporativo y uno de niños, el hotel estaba a tope, bajé a desayunar a las 7:30 AM y ya no tenían variedad de opciones (no había jamón, quesos, panes). La repuesta de la persona que atendía es que se acabó el desayuno.
- Las mesas del desayuno estaban sucias, no había tazas para el café.
