Pros:

La atención del personal que siempre estaba atenta a necesidades.
La limpieza del lugar y el orden en todo.
La pileta en la terraza es una opción de relax. La posibilidad de check out tardío pagando una diferencia es muy bueno.

Las personas que nos atendieron muy amables. Los destaco. El hotel está cercano a varios locales de comida (igual San Rafael es pequeño). La piscina es muy buena.

Ubicación y servicios ok
Pros:

Destacó la ubicación, la calidez del personal, el desayuno muy bien también y tenía disponible agua para mate en todo momento.
Además pudimos dejar el equipaje en recepción y nos dieron la posibilidad de usar los servicios generales luego del check out ya que viajamos en un micro que salía por la tarde.

Cons:

El televisor es pequeño y no tiene muy buena imagen, aunque no es tan importante para mí.
La señal de internet no mala del todo pero a veces se cortaba por un momento.

La piscina muy buena.

Habitación antigua, muy oscura, interna y con olor a humedad. Tiene un solo ascensor, muy pequeño, que uno de los dos días se rompió y tuvimos que bajar por la escalera.
