The stay was comfortable. However they have not processed the return of my $300 security deposit and are not contactable either via direct email or Booking.com messages. I am still waiting for a response.
Food in the cafe was excellent and the wait staff was delightful. Loved the location.

The hotel is beautiful, with an industrial-style design, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and local shops. It is also close to the city center.
The rooms are very clean and spacious. My only minor complaint is that if you are assigned a corner room, there is a train passing right outside the window throughout the day, which can be quite noisy. The room’s ventilation system is also fairly loud, so this might be an issue for guests who are sensitive to noise.
One other thing I wasn’t particularly happy with was the prepayment system (I had some issues with my card) and the relatively high security deposit. In my opinion, the easiest option would be to simply pay the full amount upon arrival. However, I understand that this might be a policy determined by the country rather than the hotel itself. In Europe, the payment process is much simpler.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and the outstanding service from the reception team really made a difference!

We had a room in front of the metro which was noisy. The toilet is right behind the bed separated by tinted glass.
The decor and the history
Cool place with lots of stuff - roof deck, pool, restaurant. They have completely beverages in the mini fridge and coffee is free in the restaurant
It was very small. Turning on/off the lights was challenging - I had to call for help. The shower didn’t have colder settings which was a problem because it was so hot outside.
Loved location staff was amazing so nice and welcoming ; loved the game room and restaurant was great
