Very luxe, very relaxing.
Pros:

A very comfortable, inviting stay. I love the Le Labo bathroom products! The room smelled great and was very cozy. Cafe food delivered right to the room. Temperature adjustments to the rooms were easy and quick. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. Loved that there was a noise machine provided as well.

Cons:

The TV was lagging when trying to use the streaming services, but I just put the TV on to fall asleep, not my main point of focus for my trip!

Pros:

Die Lage in Wicker Park ist zwischen O‘Hare und dem Loop, also gut überall hin. Direkt an der Blue Line Damen (ohne Aufzug, aber das Hotel hilft freundlichst. Ich finde den Bau einfach besonders - und den Blick vom Dach oder einem der Eckzimmer auf Downtown atemberaubend.
Café Robey im Erdgeschoss ist gut (guter Kaffee), Service insgesamt war bei uns sehr zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Bloomingdale Trail zum Laufen ohne Straßenverkehr ist zwei Blicks gen Nordrn - auch klasse.
Eine Empfehlung!

Cons:

Wer nur den Loop erkunden will und öffentlichen Nahverkehr scheut, für den ist es vermutlich etwas weit weg.

Perfect Boutique Hotel in Historic Building!
Pros:

Such a great building and amenities. Plus the location in Wicker Park was perfect for our Holiday Vacation visiting family.

Pros:

Loved the art deco building, the location, the rooftop bar, and the breakfast. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I felt the front desk staff were a bit snobby, particularly the person who checked me out.

I GOT DOUBLE CHARGED AT THIS HOTEL. The hotel said they had not received payment from Booking.com despite my credit card being debited 8 days prior ...I foolishly paid again upon checkout thinking Booking.com is a reliable company & the charges will be sorted out internally.
Having lodged a complaint with Booking.com we are now 25 days down the track from my complaint of being double charged (once by Booking.com & again by Robey Hotel at checkout) & have supplied all relevant documents but all of a sudden Booking.com communication is random & slow & I still don't have my money. Not a good situation
