Retro outside yet chic inside, this boutique apartment hotel sits steps from the ocean in Miami Beach's North Beach, midway between South Beach and Bal Harbour. It offers a quiet, family-friendly escape with broad sands, little traffic, and a scenic oceanfront boardwalk. Ideal for extended stays and weekend getaways.

Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and be presented for payment at check-in. The cardholder must be present at check-in with his or her government-issued photo ID. All guests must show a photo ID.

A disappointing stay to say the least
Pros:

Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The area while not the most amazing area it was very close to the beach and some nice restaurants were close by
Aircon worked well and kept us cool during the Miami heat
The pool area was quaint and nice place to soak in the sun and the pool was clean

Cons:

On arrival the room wasn’t cleaned fully. The bed was made and fresh towels were there but there was dust and hairs on the floor that I had to clean up myself
The hotel said they would change the towels daily which wasn’t done. I had to ask for fresh towels myself every day
The mattress in the room was clearly very old as we sunk into the middle and had no sense of structure.
The rooms in the photos presented on Booking.com showed a much cleaner and upmarket set up. Learnt a valuable lesson to not trust the photos on face value

Lindo lugar, estar atento a detalles simples

Colchones cómodos, habitación espaciosa.

Cons:

No hablan español, pocas indicaciones.
En la habitación éramos 3 personas y todo el aseo estaba para dos. Además de ello, las fotos muestran un complejo que no es el que te hospeda.

Sconsigliato per soggiorno a Miami.
Pros:

La stanza era grande e con due bagni.

Cons:

Posizione non comoda né per south beach né per miami centro.
Mare non vicino.
Pulizia terribile, insetto nella vasca e pavimento indecente.
Stanza rumorosa e umida
La struttura non aveva un deposito bagagli neanche per poco tempo

Lovely old deco hotel; reminiscent of 50’s Jersey Shore

Cons:

The day staff was very short and matter of fact. No warmth, gratitude or an extension of kindness, or even just basic hotel staff courtesy. Night shift worker Billy was fantastic, very helpful, very accommodating. Suggest checking in during evening hours.

Es un hotel tranquilo, se puede descansar bien.
