Mobilar in die Jahre gekommen, Bett war defekt, auf einer Seite lag man in eine Mulde, Klimaanlage musste ausgeschaltet sein da sie extrem gestunken hat, nicht auszuhalten. Personal sehr freundlich check in und check out ohne probleme

Качественно убирать номер , смена постельного белья, доброжелательная атмосфера от персонала
Pros:

Расположение хорошие , если учитывать тот момент что нас поселили в другом здании , рядом магазины, пешая доступность к пляжу всего 5 минут ходьбы ! На территории бассейн .

Cons:

За 10 ночей прибывания номер ни разу не убрали , постель была грязной по приезду, номер грязный, шкаф поломанный, текла вода с крана в душевой, матрас на кровати был мокрый ! Нам пришлось обратиться к администратору отеля что бы поменять номер - на это все пришлось потратить более 3 часов своего времени! Полотенца просили менять у персонала , постельное белье не менялось так же! Персонал не разговаривает на Английском, только испанский язык! Куча пыли , песка и грязных волос в раковине от предыдущих гостей ! Кондиционер старый и шумный! Мало кухонных предметов ( хотя мини кухня есть) !

Does the job, don’t expect more. The waterside provides convenient location at a reasonable price.
Pros:

This was my second stay at the waterside, being located in North Beach is practical, close to quieter beaches and the hotel is near a grocery store if you wish to cook/keep snacks. It is also close to a laundromat if needed. The restaurants nearby close late as well. I do prefer the north/surfside of Miami but you have around the corner transit options that can easily take you to south beach and Aventura.

Cons:

The pool was being repaired the week I was there, unfortunate timing. The rooms are basic, pretty certain my bedframe was broken, the wifi is slow at certain times and doesnt reach well in all the room. Not ideal if youre working remotely.

Desayuno no tenia. La habitacion estaba sucia cuando llegamos. Muy caro para los servicios que brindan. no volveria ni lo recomendaría

Reservé el hotel a pesar de su precio (habia opciones mas baratas y mejor ubicadas) porque estaba cerca de la casa de una amiga. Cuando llegue me dicen que tenian habitaciones disponibles en un edificio a 1 milla. No me dijeron esto cuando reserve. De haberlo sabido iba a otro lugar. Me estafaron

Buyer Beware!

The hotel has a cold pool.

Cons:

Buyer beware! The staff is extremely unhelpful and aggressive with guests should you complain or raise concern that there is not enough communication or support moving to the secondary hotel location. You do not get to choose which hotel location you will stay at and may end up having to pay for a taxi to move to the secondary location. Persons with mobility issues should NOT stay at this hotel, complaint with ADA has been filed.

It’s a nice hotel but could use improvement
Pros:

The location was perfect

Cons:

We were 3 and we only had 1 glass. We asked for the rest and got one more. Still not complete. The bathroom is big but no appliances or furniture to hang towels or our stuff.

Pros:

We arrived late but asked for late check in. That was a problem with no staff on site. We got loved to their other location.
Room was surprisingly nice and clean. Not fully equipped for longer stay tho.

Cons:

Don’t even think about getting extra towels.
