Pros:

Nothing, couldn't wait to leave

Cons:

Desk person didn't care that we had to walk with our kids to a whole different building with all our luggage, we were already tired from flying. No shuttle to the port of Miami or to the airport!

Pros:

The building was nice (although there were some parts under maintenance). The room was nice and comfortable. The pool seemed nice and clean. The surroundings are calm and quiet.

Cons:

The location was not as advertised, but like 6 blocks away. The room lacked dishes and glasses to eat and drink. There is no cheap parking nearby our location, we had to park the car several blocks away. There was a parking lot right in front of the building but they charged 10 usd an hour.

Rooms not as advertised, wouldn’t recommend more than a night or two at best

The hotel was quite clean, beds were neat and comfortable
Good location and close to many restaurants. Easy to get picked up & dropped off via uber.

Cons:

Got a studio room with facilities to cook. There was no stovetop as mentioned in the description, no cutlery or bowls/plates/cup etc were provided.

The staff were rude to the customers in front of me when checking in.

Ya he estado 5 veces , soy clienta habitual . Precio calidad está bien . Me gusta la ubicación , no hay ruidos , está limpio . Hay parking cercano , cafetería , tiendas. El recepcionista que me atendió Nicolas se mostró muy atento y muy profesional . Hasta pronto !
