Außergewöhnliches Zimmer mit eigenem Wasserbecken mit 34°C (!), bestem Blick direkt auf den Hafen, Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert, sehr große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit, sehr gute Zimmerpflegekraft, sehr große Sauberkeit! Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Hafen, der Balkon ist ein Traum!

The view was breathtaking! The room was stunning! We will definitely be back!

Great location , luxuriant room , great breakfast

First off, I am not someone who generally does many reviews, but after the service we received from the owner/manager, I feel compelled to review to let other travelers know. When we checked in, there were many things broken. (The sink was loose, the shower was leaking and the shower head was broken off, the towel rack was broken, the reading lights were out, there were problems with the shower fixtures, etc. I sent a note to the manager and owner of the hotel expressing some frustration, since we paid a ton of money for this room. Had the owner / manager acknowledged my note, I'd probably give the a 3 star. But I sent him 4 separate notes, and also sent other employees (who were awesome, BYW) notes. I asked them to relay my message to the owner/manager, which they did.

We checked out yesterday, and I still haven't heard a peep from the owner.

Really disappointing that this is the way they prioritize their guests. Unacceptable.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Chania!

Our stay at Residenza Vranas Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the Venetian harbor and the elegant charm of the suite. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean—with high ceilings, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout.

The sunset view from the balcony was absolutely magical—one of the best we’ve ever seen. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Chania’s Old Town, yet peaceful and quiet once inside.

The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful with local recommendations and anything we needed. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and served in-room, which felt so personal and luxurious.

We travel often, but this hotel truly stands out. It combines luxury, comfort, and authentic Cretan hospitality in the most perfect way. Highly recommend for couples or anyone looking to experience Chania in

Die Lage ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Ganz besonders schön war das Frühstück, das auf das Zimmer gebracht wird.

Loved the openness of the room yet shades down between beds for privacy. Loved the big window looking out to the water and street. Sat there for hours people watching and the water. Loved the location , close to all the good shopping. Best vacation ever.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residenza Vranas! The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable — it felt more like a chic apartment than a hotel room. The view from our suite was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Old Town Chania, yet peaceful and quiet. The staff was warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. And the daily breakfast? Delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to each day. Highly recommend — we can’t wait to return!

The room was immaculate and very spacious. The experience was incredible; one of a kind hotel. The breakfast provided was lovely, with lots of flexibility, and the host was very helpful to provide guidance on the best restaurants in the area to eat at in the evenings.
This hotel is in an absolutely stunning location, and the room we used included an indoor pool for relaxing out of the summer heat. The whole experience was amazing; 10/10, would happily stay again.

Fantastic location. Balcony with panoramic views across the harbour is exceptional. Well equipped suite with cooking facilities and room to relax and entertain.

The hotel is well located, beautiful and the rooms tastefully done. Penthouse is incredibly spacious with a terrace that in my opinion has the best view of the harbor. Staff very attentive, they helped with our luggage and other arrangements. Hotel also has good breakfast choices.
