The room we had 108 was very good for the time.e we were there. 1 light in the bathroom did not work, but everything else was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional and good assortment. Staff were very friendly a d polite.
Nothing really only that we pulled our bedding back to air and went down for breakfast but it was never made.
The mattresses are a little hard, also for family rooms with children i would suggest a small fridge to keep things like milk in. Could always get the little mini portable ones.
Ideally located for an overnight stay whilst in the area. Room was a good size, bed clean and fairly comfortable. Shower efficient. Breakfast was good, with staff in breakfast very helpful and friendly.
Although clearly stating on the door that it was a non smoking room, the room smelt smoky. Also there was a smell in the bathroom. The rooms and bathrooms are looking tired and could do with some renovation.
Keith and Nicole our state what's excellent hotel is very clean. You have a daily maid surface, and they always make sure you have what you need. Tea, coffee, excellent, etc. Clean towels. The staff here is very nice. And friendly. Haha, if you're a fish lover, there are tanks around the hotel with lovely fish in them. For you to look at food's very good and very quick service would definitely recommend it to others. Great value for your money. The staff we'll go out of their way to make sure your stay is very comfortable. And I could experience👍

The housekeeping was superb spot on spotless
The car park was a bit bumpy, could do with an upgrade (was just like driving on the roads these days 😬) The hotel looks a bit scruffy outside could do with a tart up, but very nice inside.
