Plenty of seating in the common areas.
Staff friendly.
Good value.

Cons:

Room 116 smelt of cigarettes and there was a taped up plastic bag covering the smoke alarm. Not the hotels fault but it was fairly obvious.

Ich würde auf gar keinen Fall noch mal dieses Hotel buchen

Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, Hotel Standard.

Cons:

Details guten Bewertungen hier sind für mich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar. Das Zimmer war in einem völlig inakzeptabel Zustand: überall hingen Fetzen Tapete von den Wänden, in der Dusche war Schimmel, in den Ecken Spinnweben, die Gardinen zerschnitten, die Polsterung der Stühle völlig verdreckt, der Teppich verschlissen.
Wir haben umgehend bemängelt und wollten ein anderes Zimmer, angeblich konnte man uns aber keins geben. Da zumindest die Betten einen sauberen Eindruck gemacht haben, haben wir uns entschieden, zu bleiben, zumal wir spät angereist sind und kaum noch eine Chance hatten, ein anderes Hotel zu finden.

Das Personal beim Check In war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer hatte bei der Ankunft einen unangenehmen Geruch und war stickig. Es war nur möglich eines von drei Fenstern einen kleinen Spalt zu öffnen. Und zusätzlich das Badezimmerfenster. An einem so warmen Tag wäre es schön wenn das Zimmer vorher gelüftet worden wäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet (offiziell bis 10 uhr 30) war schon um 09Uhr30 ziemlich leer. Es gab nur noch eine Sorte Marmelade und Obst gar keines mehr.

Great value for money
Pros:

The indoor and outdoor fish tanks were a massive hit with the kids and a lovely touch to the hotel experience. Breakfast options, fruit salad and yoghurt were appreciated.
Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Coffee tasted burned and breakfast was so busy it was rather cramped

Excellent lay your…fish tanks everywhere..great restaurant and good room ..the food was very good and the outside seating amongst fish and water features was refreshing

Shocking stay and would never stay here agian
Cons:

Had to move rooms at 1.15am as I was woke up by bed bugs crawling over my back.
When I woke up and checked the bed I found roughly 10 bed bugs under pillows and the sheet.
My dad also had a room in the hotel and had the same experience on Wednesday night around 11pm.

Rooms had just Fans and not industrial fans 😒
