It’s quiet and the staff are great
Sadly my shower room didn’t seemed to be very clean. On the bed there’s a thing that goes across the bed at the bottom, there was food stains on it, also on the floor was bits like crumbs

The location was perfect for what I needed and they had plenty of vegan options on the menu. Rooms are big and having opening windows is a big bonus. The staff were friendly and professional.
I expected the hotel to be dated but from the reviews it wasn't as clean as I thought it would be. The shower could do with a thorough clean and the shower head hardly let water out probably due to limescale. The double bed was two singles pushed together.
It is comfortable and placed in an ideal situation for the RE Museum and the Medway area.

The car park needs attention. Plenty big enough at this time of the year.
