April 2026 5 day stay.
Pros:

Staff were lovely in reception and the kitchen. Plenty of choice for breakfast and was tasty too. Stef on reception was so accommodating and super helpful she was never without a smile. Katy on the bar was lovely and happy.
The aquariums were brilliant and so relaxing - we'll miss the little fishies.

Cons:

Small cups for coffee- take your own if you enjoy more than 2 slurps on a morning.
The bar/food was a little over priced, £3 for a teabag and hot water!

Pros:

In an emergency I needed somewhere to stay in Gillingham, this was perfect. Open 24 hours so that I could stay with a sick relative in hospital but return to the hotel to get some sleep.

think this is a very nice hotel at a really reasonable price. I stayed for one night and got a room

The price for one night room with en-suite bathroom and free parking was fantastic.

Cons:

The furnitures are old but I’m ok with that 🙂

Exceptional value for money.
Pros:

A very comfortable stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Amazing value ! Great location. Ample parking. Room was good - plenty of storage. Large bathroom. Tea & coffee facilities. And a lovely (free) full English breakfast included. I stay in this area regularly and just wish I’d tried this place years ago. I’ll be back 100%

Cons:

From the outside from the road it looks like it’s closed down. Which is why I’ve never considered it until now. An external update would work wonders

I would recommend for the bed and shower but for the price it’s pricey once you see the food and payin extra for parking

The shower and bed everything else just seemed med. paying for a premier inn would have been better as food is cheaper and better quality.

Cons:

The food served was unsatisfactory. The Mountain Burger was served with excessive mayonnaise. Additionally, parking is charged after the cost of the stay. And we found food on the floor after entering the accommodation.
