The Breakfast was very good;
The household staff were excellent and cleaned our room every morning;
We had an evening meal on three evenings and enjoyed the experience.
We did not have any strong dislike.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly, room was very clean

The decor is very outdated, but that doesn't really affect the stay
The toilet roll dispenser was not very efficient, its individual sheets of paper that can be difficult to get out
That's literally the only thing, otherwise really great place to stay
The location was good and close to Medway Park leisure centre where my nephew had a basketball competition. It is easy to get to and has its own parking which is a bonus. The facilities were good although the food was okay but could be improved.
As stated the food was not the best this might be because of the time we ordered the evening meal. The problem was the bread and naan bread included appeared to not have been cooked and the meal I had, had little taste.

Le petit déjeuner compris est un vrai plus, il est très complet.
Il y a trop de moquette, et elle comporte de nombreuses taches. Elle est peut-être lavée régulièrement mais ça ne fait pas propre.
Ce qui est le plus dérangeant c’est de voir les femmes de ménage déposer les draps propres sur la moquette devant la chambre d’hôtel avant de les installer sur le lit propre. Je ne trouve pas ça très hygiénique. Les gens et les chiens marchent sur cette moquette.

I liked the staff, they were lovely. The food was impeccable and service was great.
The big let down for me was that my room was miles away lol and there were no outlets near the bed so when charging overnight it couldn't be next to me for my alarm to wake me up or my son could play while his device charged
We had to leave for along journey.
Breakfast was good.
Rooms look a bit tired.
Very pleasant experience, excellent value for money, and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast, which allows you to choose in-between 3 or 4 different options (!)
The hotel was good and staff were friendly and polite
The hotel was run down, the grounds give a negative view if that was cleared it would help attract more clients. The beds were ok but the plastic sheets for clients like ourselves as a younger family were uncomfortable, noisy and in this heat make the beds hotter.
The hotel is fine but just needs new furniture as its a little tired, a lick of paint and modernising as location is good.
