Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et très professionnel. Attentionné et à l'écoute. Toujours prêt à aider en cas de besoin. Nous devions changer d'hôtel, il nous a été proposé de prolongé et ce avec un tarif raisonnable. Boissons à l'arrivée. Menu à disposition.
Disponible à tout heure LITTÉRALEMENT. Établissement propre avec tout le nécessaire pour se doucher à l'arrivée. Télévision avec Netflix pour les soirées où on ne veut pas sortir.
Nous y étions le joir du nouvel an ils nous on convié à la cérémonie et offert à manger.
Je recommande vraiment

Cons:

Pas en centre ville pour information donc il n'est pas possible d'y aller à pied mais l'hôtel vous trouve toujours de quoi vous déplacer, et même vous aide à parler avec les livreurs si besoin ( encore merci)

Attention il y a pas mal d'escaliers donc pour des personnes à mobilité réduite à éviter sinon nous avons adoré.

Le plus que l'on a aimé : les repas! Le dîner 1 portion énorme ( donc 1 plat pour 2) vraiment simple et bon . Et un petit déjeuner très varié et copieux . Choix entre continental et Sri lankais ... Vraiment TB .
Le personnel est très attentif, sérieux et compétent . Parfait .
Malheureusement le temps ne nous a pas permis de tester la piscine

Cons:

Odeur très particulière dans les chambres et salle de bain.
Nous avions des chambres jumelles et notre lit au matelas très ferme, craque en se tournant, la clim fait du bruit par intermittence. Ceci est assez gênant mais restent des détails car c'est un lieu de qualité pour tout le reste .

Pros:

Great pool and amazing breakfast. Breakfast included roti, hoppers, string hoppers, 3 x different curries, fruit, yoghurt, toast, tea/ coffee, juice, milk rice, cake, Sri Lankan pancakes and a sweet in a leaf. All of this! A real feast. Thank you

Cons:

It was nice to have dinner at the property but all options were carb heavy without many vegetables or protein. It was fast and reasonably priced though.

Quiet location, easy access with tuk-tuk.
Nice small pool.
Very nice people to help with everything you need. Far too much food for breakfast but it was nice :)
Comfortable bed.

Simple bathroom, water did not evacuate easily. But still definitely ok :)

Most wonderful views. Fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Views were amazing especially from the balcony.

Kids loved the pool- Very clean.

Rooms were fine- beds comfy and everything nice and clean.

Breakfast in the morning was amazing!! The biggest spread with great variety.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would recommend and would stay again.

Bit far away from town but nothing a fun TukTuk ride couldn’t sort.

Exceptional service, food and rooms.
Pros:

This is the best place we have stayed in whilst in Sri Lanka! The hospitality was fantastic. The bath and pools towels were both so soft. The bed was soft and linen was crisp and clean.
We loved the pool after a hot day sightseeing. We could have breakfast at any time, made fresh. We ordered an English breakfast but they also made a Sri Lankan breakfast for is to try. There was more than enough food.
The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. For the quality, you would normally had to pay considerably more. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Whilst being up a very steep hill that our van could not negotiate, they were quick to take all of our bags up and down. The view, rooms and service were worth the climb.

Man benötigt ein Transport um in die Stadt zu kommen. Zentrum von Kandy ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Kandy als Stadt hat uns enttäuscht. Laut und voller Abgase
