Nice for a short stay. Good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. The room was comfy enough but WiFi in the rooms is very limited. Also, the rooms didn't have anything in the kitchen - not even glasses for water. Pool is beautiful.

Posto piacevole, l'accoglienza e la cordialità del personale non manca.
Pros:

L'accoglienza è stata veloce e senza problemi, con uno staff sempre sul pezzo e piacevole. Camera ben pulita, letto comodo e non manca la sensazione generale di un posto gestito come si deve, dove ci si rilassa. Colazione di qualità.

Er komen groepen met jongeren via een organisatie. Misschien toevallig toen wij er waren. Pas op met ijs in je drinken bij het ontbijt, dit komt uit de kraan! Het onbijt was Nica alleen Gallo pinto met ei.. jammer

Terrible experience – mold in the room and even worse customer service

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hotel La Posada Del Sol, and this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

We checked in, left our luggage and went out to explore the city. When we returned in the evening and actually spent some time in the room, we discovered extensive visible mold on the ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom. I have attached photos so you can see the condition for yourself.

We immediately informed the hotel. Considering that mold is a serious concern, we obviously did not want to spend the night in that room. The hotel could not provide us with another room, so we asked them to cancel our reservation through Booking.com. We hadn't even spent a single night there. They refused.

What happened afterwards was even worse. After we contacted Booking.com, the hotel became extremely defensive and started making accusations against us, including claiming that we had broken the toilet seat and left the room in a terrible condition. The toilet seat was already broken when we arrived, and we had barely spent any time in the room.

One of their own employees was even inside the room with us when we showed him the mold, and he raised absolutely no concerns about the condition in which we had left the room.

Instead of simply acknowledging the mold problem and handling the situation professionally, they chose to blame us and refuse a refund. We therefore had to leave at night and find another place to stay.

I have travelled to around 70 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels and accommodations around the world, and I have rarely experienced such a combination of unacceptable room conditions and terrible customer service.

The photos speak for themselves. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Mi sono trovato benissimo
Pros:

Di passaggio per una notte mi sono trovato benissimo. Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. La piscina è stata molto piacevole per darsi una rinfrescata e tutto lo staff è stato cortese e disponibile. Tutto perfetto per me.

La mejor decisión en hospedaje ⭐️

¡Una experiencia de 10/10! 🌟

Desde el momento en que llegamos hasta el día de nuestra salida, todo fue espectacular. Viajábamos en moto y uno de los detalles que más agradecimos fue que nos permitieran guardar las motos dentro del hotel, lo que nos dio muchísima tranquilidad.

Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Un agradecimiento especial a la recepcionista, quien nos ayudó a organizar un excelente tour en lancha y durante toda nuestra estadía nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones sobre qué hacer y dónde ir.

El desayuno estuvo delicioso, con muy buen sabor y excelente atención. La habitación estaba impecable: muy limpia, bonita y en perfecto estado. El baño era amplio, tenía todo lo necesario y hasta secadora de pelo (¡un detalle que se agradece muchísimo!). Además, nuestra habitación contaba con mesa, cocina, refrigeradora y otros utensilios que hicieron la estadía aún más cómoda.

La piscina es bastante grande y los jardines están hermosamente cuidados, creando un ambiente muy agradable para descansar. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca del centro y de la Calle La Calzada, por lo que pudimos movernos caminando sin problema.

Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra visita fuera tan especial!

Canitnho aconchegante no berço de Granada!
Pros:

equipe do hotel é nota 10, muitos generosos e antenciosos. Acomodações são confortáveis para uma família com 2 fílhos, comporta muito bem. Localização excelente e café da manhã típico da Nicarágua, vale a pena experimentar!

Cons:

Hotel como os demais em granada é antigo, mas super funcional e confortável.
