Pesima experiencia en Raiz
Pros:

No nos hospedamos , todo es una gran mentira , en principio nisiquiera tenian la reserva , la recepcionista , que no tenia la menor gana de atender , le fue a preguntar a la dueña y tampoco tenia la reserva , el hotel no era otra cosa que un salon dividido( Mal ) con placas de yeso y el estacionamiento prometido no existia (era el de un vecino que te habre cuando esta y si queres sacar el auto es de acuerdo a sus horarios). Tampoco me tomaban la oferta por ustedes publicada .Aun no se que destino le dieron a mi cupon de tarjeta el cual les di hasta el numero de clave !!! . En una palabra , son un desastre , un desprestigio para cualquier pagina de reserva de hoteles , no se si volvere a tomar un hotel de este modo , espero que ustedes tengan una respuesta favorable para mi malisima experiencia , saludos cordiales .
