You could comment on the amazing interiors and the great rooms but staff service is beyond woords. They make you feel like home. Our 3 y old daughter had an accident and had to do some stitches on her forehead.. the staff brought her soup, fruits and a card wishing her well... we need an 11/10 to grade staff

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was excellent, from the comfort and beautiful interior of the hotel to its great location.
What impressed us the most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, welcoming and genuinely friendly. You could approach them with absolutely any request, and they were always happy to help and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This level of service really makes a difference.
The rooms are very comfortable and well designed, the breakfast is excellent, and there is also a decent gym where you can have a proper workout.
Overall, the hotel offers comfort in every detail, but the wonderful staff truly made our stay special. We would definitely stay here again!
Quiet clean and modern, great facilities
A lovely small hotel in a great location. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
An extremely rude and disrespectful waiter at the restaurant during dinner really spoiled our overall impression of the hotel.
If you appreciate attention to detail, this hotel is an absolute must.
The service is exceptional, and the entire team is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and attentive. What surprised me most is that the hotel is actually much more beautiful in real life than in the photos — honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced that!
The attention to detail is on another level. The room is serviced twice a day, and in the evening you come back to find your slippers carefully placed by the bed and a little chocolate waiting for you. Water is served in glass bottles, and every element of the room has clearly been designed with comfort and quality in mind.
Even the lighting is incredibly well thought out — bright light, soft ambient lighting, spotlights, lighting above the bed… whatever atmosphere you prefer, you can create it.
I am a very demanding guest when it comes to hotels, so believe me when I say I know what I’m talking about! The bed linen, pillows, and mattress are all of excellent quality, and the level of comfort is outstanding.
But what truly makes this hotel special is the people who work here. The entire team deserves enormous respect and appreciation for the level of care they provide.

Too small room for 2 people but we did not anticipate it as there was no question about the size. It was more for one person.
Good location, breakfast, helpful staff
A bit outdated rooms, poor sound isolation, construction site near the hotel with a noise of a hammer from 7:00, poor cleaning with some hair on the floors and on slippers in the wardrobe
