這次住宿經驗不佳，如果飯店要提升品質，員工教育訓練需要再多加強。早餐非常棒，比之前多了許多品項，早餐負責的小姐非常盡責並且餐枱整理很乾淨。
Pros:

這次沒有滿意的地方，唯一滿意是，退房時主管幫我解決問題。
主管的處理方式非常合宜，但是員工的教育需要多多加強。

Cons:

幾乎每年都會來住宿，也都會給高分，但這次住宿經驗非常糟糕，以致於整夜未眠。
總之909房是個糟糕的房間，廁所無法正常使用、地板破損，床頭燈壞掉（員工說剛要修理） 、冰箱有未喝完的水。

因為我長途旅行肚子不舒服先上了廁所才發現這些問題，員工說不准換房，所以我只好當場又定了一間房（ 818房 ）來住，等於付了兩個房間卻只使用一個房間，員工處理的方式非常不合理且態度不佳（男員工），並且處理當中有侵權事宜。
退房時主管聽完敍述後，發現飯店方不合理，退了款項給我，很感謝主管明理並解決問題。
