Hotel mit Top Lage um Chiang Mai zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super! Es war ruhig, aber trotzdem hatte man sehr kurze Wege zu Aktivitäten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Bei unserer Ankunft hing im Bad ein langes Haar über der Toilette und an der Wand war ein getrockneter Gecko - beides direkt sichtbar.

Comfortable bed, big TV, food and coffee places nearby

Not a boutique hotel, room and balcony and bathroom small, no view from floor 2 (see photo), no water given every day, staff don't reply to message requests (to the owner: the evidence is the fact you didn't reply to my question on Booking chat.. lol) in your introduction message before arriving 'If you have any questions/ requests, please ask'. Well, I did ask. And was ignored. Hotel has a corporate feeling, no real care for customers

Pros:

Very clean rooms , the hotel is nice . Good location plenty of shops and bars about . The staff are cool aswel . Rooms cleaned everyday with 2 free water .

Good value…
Pros:

Location is great, surrounded by good food and coffee shops. It’s reasonably quiet too.
Nice big rooms in good condition, shower etc all fine.

Cons:

There didn’t seem to be a functioning communal area…though there are seats out the front.
Need to ask for more soap, toilet paper etc., and for bin to be emptied. It’s not done routinely. They will happily do it though.

Au top !
Pros:

L’emplacement est top (dans le carré, tout en étant au calme). La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le lit était très confortable (contrairement à d’autres hôtels en Thaïlande dans lesquels la literie est très dure)Le ménage est fait tous les jours et 2 petites bouteille sont offerte chaque jour. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% !

Safe and Comfy
Pros:

Great location. Very nice restaurants in the same street. A few mins walk to Cowboy market with live music and lots of food stalls. Great place for young people to meet. Lovely seating area in reception/outside. Very safe. Two doors locked after 9pm. Nice and quiet. Fabulous places for massage a few mins walk. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly reception staff (except 1) who booked taxi etc.

Cons:

Checking out. Receptionist disappeared for 10 mins, having told me to wait. Came back holding my bath towel and wanted to charge me for a small blue mark, no more than 1cm. I had left the room very tidy. Used towels folded and in shower area. Hair dryer back in place etc. It made me cross and I refused to pay. Not necessary as we had had a lovely stay and slightly disappointed 😕

Cons:

Ich habe bei Abreise ein Päckchen bei der Rezeption abgegeben und gesagt dass ein Freund es in den nächsten Tagen abholt! Wie er es einige Tage später geholt hat, war zwar das Geschenk noch drinnen, aber die beigepackten 50,- Euro haben gefehlt!! Das kenne ich von den Thailändischen Menschen im Norden nicht! Das ist eine große Schande, - sie sollten sich schämen!!!!
