Lo compré por ubicación, pero por el precio pagado, si hay ofertas mucho mejores. Esta es una buena oferta, básica, pero a mi juicio, costosa

Paying for the location, not the tiny room.
Pros:

Solid location. 15-20 minute walk to the TransMillenio. Not in the heart of the Zona G but close with some walking. Some stores / eatery but more as you go north. Gym is a pass from the front desk to the gym across the street, which was solid though some equipment broken. Breakfast with custom eggs, empanadas and limited hot items, coffee, bread, fruits, and other basics. Great hot water though hard to control at times.

Cons:

Worst thing was availability of the front desk. Whether it's for a gym pass or simply to be let into the front door during off-peak hours (or anytime at night). You might be waiting 10 minutes or more to be let in. There is an roof over the front area and a place to sit outside while you wait to be let in. This is problematic if you go out for a dinner or anything past 7pm really. The rooms are small and definitely worn with damaged bathroom doors. There is extremely poor air circulation, so the room feels damp after a shower. No sound insulation from the door; you will hear everyone who talks in the lobby. Not the best cleaning with leftover dust.

Good location but a uncomfortable disappointment.

Property was in a good location.

Cons:

Nosiy. My room only had an internal window that opened to the reception area and the breakfast area. It was constantly noisy with the reception talking (all night) and watching tv and then the staff setting up breakfast at 5:00 am. I asked if they had a hairdryer and they laughed and hung up the phone on me. Didn’t seem like a ridiculous request from a 4-star hotel.

Cons:

The noise-level because of echo on the lower floors is quite a lot. I asked for a change in the room and it was granted - making a huge difference!
