Old building but clean. Close to everything, pick up locations for excursions, las palapas, restaurants.
It's fine to sleep for a night , but the area is quite loud and there was no hot water !

Two things: There is a problem with hot water and the noise on the streets because they have bars and restaurants around. So, be ready for it when you there. Other than that, I’m happy with everything else. The staff is pretty nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely recommend it.
Very poor check in experience. The noise in the hallways was LOUD, every sound will echo, and the doors are poor quality. After not being able to sleep because of the noise, I remembered I had some ear plugs in my luggage, these helped a lot. If you're going to stay here, bring earplugs. The TV remote could not change channels. There was no cup or glass, so could not have a glass of water. Oh, did I mention how LOUD it was? The wifi was good.

Horrible Hotel in a party place super dirty i did a booking online arrivd at 10 pm there and then a lady at the front desk told me its too late now and they are fully booked i just came from the airport with really heavy luggage and she didnt help me at all to find a new hotel never go there
