No comprendo como un hotel de esta calidad tiene unas almohadas q parecen una piedra la verdad eso baja todo lo bueno considero q en los hoteles debe primar y ser su principal objetivo y l descanso de sus huéspedes terrible esas almohadas y llame q si tenían otras q no q todas eran iguales, me hospedé en la 406 el aire no enfriaba muy bien se llamó pero no se dio solución no fue un problema por el ventilador pero hay q revisar esos temas estaba haciendo mucho calor

El recepcionista de la noche estuvo fuera de las instalaciones del hotel casi toda la noche como se puede garantizar la seguridad de los huéspedes???? Que inseguridad tan horrible

El restaurante muy delicioso... todo, sin embargo considero que deberían tener otra opción para quien no consume huevos.. ya que solicitamos otra opción como queso o algo y simplemente dijeron que no.. y termino solo con café y pan.. es una sugerencia, de resto todo bien

Un poco la presión del agua en la habitación, y tal vez el personal debería tener un poco mas de orientación en cuanto a la asesoría en el tema turístico.. en esa parte nos falto.un poco de orientación..

El personal del hotel Baroca es muy genti, resuelven oportunamente las necesidades del huésped, atienden con amabilidad y disposición, tanto recepción, aseo, mantenimiento y en especial el restaurante. Son gente muy amable.
En Montería todo lo cierran a las 6pm, queda uno sin poder comprar nada, todo lo cierran temprano. Y los hombres son muy morbosos en exceso acosadores. Es muy díficil acceder a un taxi o un a un carro, no hay apps, y casi en ningún lado de la ciudad hay taxis, es complicado acceder a las playas, y es peor salir de la playa, no hay transporte por ningún lado. Y cobran demasiado.
