El ruido de el aire acondicionado era demasiado fuerte e impedia un descanso pleno, y el entilador de techo hacia demasiado ruido y no ventilaba lo suficiente.

1. La "política" de solo tener derecho a una bebida caliente, léase o tomas café negro, o tomas café con leche, pero los dos no. me parece ridículo esta limitación.
2. Olor muy fuerte de cigarrillo en el baño de la habitación 310 donde nos quedamos. a pesar de que nos cambiaron la habitación - hacia la 407 - fue muy incomoda la situación.
3. "alguien" tomo café negro de un termo que teníamos en la habitación 310, y dejo caer al piso, tomé fotos de esta evidencias, y a pesar de las disculpas nos quedo una muy mala sensación de estas dos novedades - olor a cigarrillo y el atrevimiento de tomar el café negro de nuestro termo.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

El hotel es espectacular! Es hermoso, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, la piscina y la terraza son hermosas, todo fue maravilloso la verdad, la atención del personal fue increíble. De seguro volvemos a hospedarnos en el hotel.

Personas fumando en la piscina, se veían colillas y ceniza. De resto excelente. La nevera de la habitación no se pudo conectar, pero fue un inconveniente menor
