Cons:

La ubicación de un hotel que es de 4 estrellas, no debería estar en la mitad del centro donde no hay nada abierto después de las 7 pm. Es un área fea para un lindo hotel. Y que el restaurante estaba cerrado después de las 8:30

La amabilidad

Cons:

El gimnasio está en mal estado, no había servicio de toallas en la piscina , nos tocó ir hasta la lavandería a pedirlas.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien, no dejaba cambiar la temperatura, queda fija a 25 grados y fue muy caliente para mi gusto.
Adicionalmente, nuestra habitación daba a una Terraza que estaba sucia con botellas y una escoba botada.

Las sábanas estaban manchadas.
