Relaxing stay at the end of our ring road adventure
Pros:

Great breakfast and getting a breakfast box for our early departure was greatly appreciated. Need to request in advance. Nice to have coffee and hot water all day in the breakfast area. The elevator helps to bring up luggage to the top floor. Room clean and nice size. Great to have a refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

You need to have a car to get around. Walking to the center is not recommended, too far. Not an issue for us. We had a car and were able to park in front of the property.

A nice private venue close to the Dalur hostel on Bus route 12 and 14 near the public baths.
Pros:

The instructions to fix the coffee machine with an error 30 worked out, and the cofffee machine then worked. The breakfast was excellent on the first morning and on the second morning, we had an early departure, so did not get breakfast before departing for the airport by hire car. The bathing was excellent in the nearby public pool and baths, a short walk away, and we were able to visit and supper with friends staying at the Dalur hostel up the road.

Cons:

The bus route 12 and the bus route 14 serve the area, and we were not sure about the Bus 12 when we took it, but the bus route worked out fine.

Pleasant hotel with accommodating staff
Pros:

Good overnight stay while waiting for the flight to Europe. Smooth auto-check-in as long as you have a smartphone. We needed to leave our bags a few hours after check-out time. It was no problem. Quite the opposite! We were given a new door code for the reception by a very nice and accommodating housekeeper.

Cons:

It might be a good idea to check where in Reykjavik the hotel is located because it is a bit of a walk to the center, and especially to the buses to KEF.

Pros:

Basic continental breakfast. Two blocks from a neighborhood swimming pool.

Cons:

The rooms were so warm that you needed to sleep with the windows open all night and there was A LOT of street noise, cars and vehicles all night just feet from your window. If you stay here request a room facing the back and not on street side.

Pros:

The other things in hotel were just fine. Enough hot water, good bed.

Cons:

The elevator stopped working and 2 of our rooms were on the 3rd floor, making the carrying of heavy suit cases at 4 am, quite an irritating task.

Pros:

Easily entered into the building and the room, no issue at all. Stuff was kind and smiley, breakfast was a normal English one. Free parking in front of the building. Fair price.

Cons:

The room was not too big, could be more comfortable in larger space. Overall fine.
