Área was under construction. The room we were given was very y nice but had a terrible indoor view to dilapidated apartments.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very good, and the service truly stood out. The two reception employees, Ramzi and Ons and the other Ramzi from the restaurant were exceptional — they welcomed us by name, took great care of us, and paid attention to small details that made a big difference. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want to feel home !
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful property with both a bar and a restaurant, which makes it very convenient. The prices are reasonable and offer excellent value for money.
The location is good and fairly central, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and professional — Ans, in particular, was absolutely wonderful and made the stay even more pleasant.
The room was very well cared for, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. It was well equipped with everything you might need, including a kettle, an iron, and a hairdryer, which I truly appreciated. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning/heating system was not very quiet.
Breakfast was served as a buffet and was quite varied, offering both sweet and savory options. The bar has a nice, welcoming atmosphere, and I had dinner at the restaurant, where the food was delicious.
The hotel also features several conference rooms, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. At the same time, I would definitely recommend it for a leisure stay as well. The overall standard is clearly international, with an excellent quality-to-price ratio. I would happily stay here again.
Hotel is located in a good walking area, though not in the middle of downtown Tunis or walkable to the medina. Breakfasts are good too.
Highlight of the hotel was Ramzi, the front desk employee. He was a gem and always knew how to take care of our needs with a smile and great demeanor.

Struttura appena ristrutturata internamente (si sta procedendo al completo rifacimento anche all’esterno), veramente curata. Posizione comoda a tutto. Ambienti comuni e camere arredati finemente, votati all’eleganza ma allo stesso tempo al comfort. Garage gratuito e al coperto per le nostre moto. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Staff gentilissimo e professionale, sempre attento ad ogni esigenza. Si vede che sono stati investite molte risorse nella loro formazione. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere i due fratelli proprietari e lí abbiamo capito il perché ci fossimo trovati così bene: due persone squisite, colte, intelligenti e attenti al cliente.
