Pros:

We zijn hier naartoe gegaan voor het zwembad en de familie kamer.
Zwembad is heel koud en de stoelen er omheen zijn niet perfect.
De bovenverdieping kun je wel lekker zitten.

Cons:

Verder geen winkeltje in de buurt en ze verkopen zelf ook niets.
Na vragen of ze cola hadden kregen we 3 glazen sap voor 1600, vonden het wel wat prijzig voor wat we kregen. Maar goed er werd moeite gedaan voor ons.
Internet was slecht en dit waren we nou net veel nodig doordat we gestrand waren in Sri Lanka.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con aspettative normali, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente sotto molti punti di vista.

Prima di tutto, la pulizia era davvero scarsa. La stanza non era affatto in condizioni accettabili: c’erano formiche ovunque, sulle porte, sulle pareti e persino sul letto, cosa che rendeva molto difficile dormire o sentirsi a proprio agio. In un hotel, soprattutto quando si viaggia, ci si aspetta almeno un minimo di igiene e attenzione ai dettagli, ma qui purtroppo mancava completamente.

Anche il letto era estremamente scomodo. Il materasso era durissimo, al punto che dormire è stato molto difficile e ci siamo svegliati più stanchi di prima. Dopo una giornata di viaggio o di esplorazione, potersi riposare bene dovrebbe essere la base di qualsiasi struttura ricettiva.

La situazione della piscina non era migliore: l’acqua sembrava sporca e poco curata, dando l’impressione che non venisse pulita o mantenuta regolarmente. Questo ci ha fatto perdere completamente la voglia di usarla.

Un episodio che ci ha lasciati davvero perplessi è successo appena arrivati. Quando abbiamo aperto la porta della nostra stanza, c’erano delle persone locali dentro la camera. Appena ci hanno visto sono usciti velocemente senza spiegazioni. È stato un momento molto strano e poco professionale, che ci ha fatto sentire a disagio e non particolarmente sicuri.

In generale, l’ambiente dell’hotel ci è sembrato trascurato, sporco e poco controllato. Sembra mancare completamente attenzione alla manutenzione e alla pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni.

Viaggiamo spesso e non siamo persone particolarmente esigenti, ma alcune cose dovrebbero essere standard minimi: pulizia, comfort e sicurezza. Purtroppo questa struttura non è riuscita a garantire nessuno di questi aspetti.

Speriamo davvero che il management prenda sul serio queste critiche e migliori la situazione, perché al momento non ci sentiamo di consigliare questo hotel a nessuno.

Die Anlage an sich ist hübsch, den Pool konnte ich aufgrund der Wetterlage leider nicht nutzen.

Cons:

Mir persönlich war es etwas zu weit außerhalb gelegen, wobei es dadurch schön ruhig war.

Нас не ждали. Долго выясняли что-то перед тем, как заселить, в итоге мы на это потратили свое время на отдых с длительной дороги перед экскурсией.
В номере не было бумаги и косметических принадлежностей

Ich habe für den Preis nicht viel erwartet, war aber trotzdem enttäuscht wie dreckig es war.
