Pros:

The room was very cosy staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

The stairs going up were very steep but that is to be expected in Amsterdam most hotels have very steep stairs

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily
The room is very small but has all necessary amenities

Cons:

The stairs are high and the room itself is small, so having big luggage might be a problem. For me it was fine.
But I was not ready that shower would live its own life - the water is running chaotically.

Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms.
Pros:

The hotel's location is fantastic, that's the most important thing. The hotel owners were very kind and helpful. My room was on the first floor, which I'm very happy about as it's not one of those four-story hotels. They changed my single room to a double room because it was available. Thank you again so much. The room was very clean, smelled of soap everywhere, and was cleaned every day. I had a very pleasant stay.

Unique experience in Amsterdam
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Location is superb as very close to every beautiful areas in Amsterdam. Even the room was too small, but sitting by the window with view over the backyard was something special.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we came during the hottest days and it was impossible to be inside of the room during the night. We were all wet and provided fan could not help as it was over +38 degrees. Even opened window during the night was not helpful. The room is extremely small and was hard to get dressed for two people as always were on the way.

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room and shower. Conveniently located in the city center.

We had a room with uncomfortable beds, they were short and the window in the room was always shaking and it didn't let us sleep

Amsterdam stay
Pros:

It was a great stay in Amsterdam. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets and towels provided every day, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The resident cat was super cute and made the stay even more enjoyable!

Cons:

Shower would block.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité du centre et accessibilté aux transports en commun. le très grand calme du côté jardin. taille de la salle d'eau correcte et équipement correct, personnel disponible même si la réponse attendue n'a pas eu d'écho, plateau avec tasses, verres, thé et bouilloire pour chauffer l'eau apporté à notre arrivée. petite réduction sur le prix accordé car sur booking la nuit était proposée à 79€ en last minute au lieu de 148€ tarif "normal". draps et serviettes changés chaque jour

Cons:

la télé ni son, ni image, très petite chambre, lits confortables mais étroits (peut être 70cm de large) prises électriques vétustes, une lampe de dessus de lit non fonctionnelle et pas réparable. rideaux fin déchirés, le paiement par carte bancaire ne fonctionnait pas
