Pros:

On commence par quoi ?
L'accueil. Suite à une mauvaise communication entre l'hôtelier et le prestataire Expedia, on nous a dit qu'il fallait payer alors que c'était déjà fait via hôtels.com. On nous a traité comme de mauvais payeurs. Rien que pour ça je n'ai plus rien apprécié. Il a bien fallu 15 minutes de négociations pour avoir gain de cause.
Ensuite, la chambre et la salle de bains sont vraiment vétustes et limites propres.
Pour terminer, une odeur de nourriture remontait des 6h du matin. Bonjour les valises...
La cerises sur le gâteau, l'emplacement : au milieu de nulle part et pas du tout du bon côté du lac...

Suitable room but lacking elsewhere
Pros:

Although we booked months in advance for a three night stay, upon arrival we were informed that a room wasn't available for the second night. We ended up in a different room each night of our stay. The buffet was good, but on the last night there was suddenly no dinner available without warning. Overall, the room was clean and acceptable for a short stay, but the customer service was lacking.
