It was amazing view from the room. The room was huge, with a kitchen inside, big fridge and microwave. The location is nice. I booked it for the marathon and the hotel administration kindly organized the earlier breakfast at 5 am for the runners.
It was no place around to eat or to have a quick lunch. At least we couldn't find.
Of course if would be nice to pay less :)
El personal de limpieza muy regular, hubo dias que no nos limpiaron la habitación y siempre nos tocaba pedir en recepción la limpieza de la habitación. el Desayuno puede mejorar muchísimo, los huévos siempre los mismos, los panes siempre los mismo, poca variedad de fruta.
no me gusto el personal de limpieza ni el desayuno, a veces el cafe estaba frio en las tardes en la estación.

Breakfast was spectacular and enjoyed the city view from the room. I love that the parking was free and secure. Overall wonderful staff and make the stay a very comfortable stay.

We spent a week being first tine in Chicago. It was a nice experience for us in the suites, well maintained facility with all you need for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and helped us with a bit later check-out and luggage.
The breakfast could be a bit better in terms of food variety, the same dishes every day. Not possible to open a window even a little bit to get some fresh air was surprising, but probably this is a safety standard. Don't expect prices at tha tap to be cheaper than at the restaurant in the city...
The room had so many amenities like the kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. The view was excellent especially at night.
