Decent would consider staying there again
Pros:

The view was amazing, close proximity to the places where we wanted to visit.

Cons:

Parking situation is horrible, pillows were not comfortable at all, there was a spot of black mold in the shower that someone tried to cover with new caulking around the entire Shower, and the pool was closed.

Cons:

It's quite a late check in at 4p.m., even 3p.m. would make a difference. I wish I'd been made aware of things to do in walkable distance. The lights needed a card put in a slot by the door because of some light saving system which is fine but we wasted time figuring it out, causing an inconvenience.

Pros:

Tout est absolument parfait dans cet établissement.
Accueil, convivialité, discrétion, des chambres spacieuses impeccables et très confortables.
J'étais logé au dernier étage avec une superbe vue sur les grattes ciel.
Pour une première visite à Chicago, je suis comblé.
J' y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Great stay lackluster parking
Pros:

Security of the building and Comfortable beds

Cons:

When paying for parking you expect to have a spot to park in, there were spots available the evening we stayed but unfortunately other customers chose not to park within the lines and there was no way I was safely parking my vehicle in those spots so I was forced to park in a handicapped spot I checked with the front desk to make sure it was ok and it was fine to do so. Not sure what a solution would be with limited parking access

Pros:

The warm reception on Friday afternoon provided me with a very spacious room with a nice view, and I loved the kitchen and the comfortable couch. With the free laundry, my stay felt like home before I continued my journey crossing the country! The legendary Greek Islands restaurant is also within a walking distance.
