Angel was absolutley amazing. Non-stop cleaning and re-stocking the breakfast area so nothing ran out. Super friendly and stopped to chat with us. Man is an amazing worker!!

Carlos was AMAZING. He was so helpful when we arrived very early the day of our checkin and made sure we felt welcome in the lobby and gladly stored our luggage so we could explore the city while we waited for our room to be ready. He also remembered us by name the next morning! The breakfast staff was also fantastic.
We had some challenges in our room with returning to find the light fixture had fallen off the wall and the evening staff not being as friendly and seemed we were bothering them with the notification.
Great location and I would stay again based on the experience with the morning team to give the hotel another chance.
I stayed at the Hampton Inn Hotel for seven nights. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean; I really appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast. The staff is extremely welcoming and professional, and Maja and Matija in particular were exceptionally kind and helpful. Excellent experience.

Our daughter got married this past October. This was one of two hotels in the wedding block. It was the perfect location, accessible to the wedding venue with the transport service we hired, a short uber to the welcome party location, easy access for our out-of-town travelers. Clean. Staff was wonderful! Great experience.
Angel and Iris, the breakfast attendants, were very attentive and on top of things. And most of all very friendly and customer service oriented. Made our stay enjoyable.
Carlos at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great for a hotel… hot food every day. The only thing we didn’t like is the valet parking for $49 a day.
The hotel is a good location for us. It is always very clean. The rooms are modern and has the amenities that we need, fridge, coffee maker, decent channels on tv, iron and ironing board, hooks in the bathroom, nice amount of hangers. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone. The front desk girl was very nice. There were a few things that I didn’t care for, there is major construction going on across the street and if you want to check in early, before noon it’s $75, if the room is ready why charge extra, what’s the difference… All in all we had a good stay.
We stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn across from Loyola University. The staff was warm and welcoming! We enjoyed a special interaction with staff member Angel. He was the attendant in the breakfast area. After a wonderful conversation with him we left the property feeling that we were cared about as individual guests!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I stayed here for a week while imitially recovering from knee surgery. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was accessible and clean. I loved going up to the rooftop terrace to get some sunshine. You can see their beautiful green roof and even see the lake in the distance. The location was perfect for my partner to go out and get me food from the surrounding restaurants or catch the train to work. 10/10 highly recommend staying somewhere with unlimited ice when you're stuck in bed icing your knee every couple hours.
They kept a toiletry bag of mine for several hours after I checked out! Got it back same day and was an easy process. Super thankful.

First night of 2 night reservation the A/C unit began making screeching noise at 2 am and off and on multiple times. Called front desk at 730 am and they found me a different room and no further issues. Shared video of noise with gal at front desk. Nice staff and the breakfast is nice too especially the waffle maker!!
Our stay could not have been better. I have stayed at several 5 star hotels in Chicago and the service provided by the staff at this Hampton far surpasses them all. Claire and Carlos at the front desk were kind, efficient and friendly. They both started and ended the stay on a high note. Angel who handled breakfast service with a good attitude and smile despite the fact that some guests pushed him to the edge. He is a star! Finally, assistant GM Jeremy seemed to pitch in anywhere he was needed and was happy to help with anything asked of him. These are just a few of the employees who made our stay wonderful. Claire, Carlos, Angel and Jeremy are true assets to your organization and should be recognized as such!
Without going into to much detail, I wanted to commend the front desk attendant, Maja. My stay at the hotel was more of an urgent need due to a personal situation and she recognized that I was dealing with something and went the extra mile to show kindness and compassion. Something that seems to be exceedingly rare these days. When I shared a small bit of what was going on, she went above and beyond to help me with the situation I was dealing with. It was a small but touching gesture that gave me back a bit of the faith I had lost in people. I can't commend her enough for her exceeding service beyond any expectations of the role she was in. If Maja is any indication of the level of service this hotel offers, then it is probably the best place I've ever stayed from a human element. Thank you.
