The staff and location were great. The room and sound insulation were not great

Great location - but do not expect to much
Pros:

The location is great - right in the city center in a quite calm area. Nice staff!

Cons:

The bed was hard and very small. The aircondition was broken, and it was almost 40 degrees outside. I could hardly sleep during the night. This is a budget hotel - and you get what you are paying for.

Poucas frutas e só pão preto

Cons:

O ar condicionado quebrou e ficamos 2 dias num calorão
Como compensação não tive que pagar 2 cafés da manhã e despesas de frigobar
Achei gentil da parte deles tentarem compensar
Wi-Fi funciona mal
Mas a localização é excepcional
O quarto e as camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis, limpeza impecável

Overall the accommodation was very good and the staff was exceptional.
Pros:

The location was very good. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The elevator took a very long time. I think at one point it was worked on.

Pros:

Der Empfang war proffesionell. Ein netter Herr hat und alles erklärt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gepflegt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Die Betten waren hervorragend, wir sind ausgeruht aufgewacht und konnten dadurch unseren Aufenthalt noch mehr geniessen.

Cons:

Der Empfang war herzlich doch später ist und folgendes aufgefallen
Die Dame welche am der Rezeption ssss, begrüsste uns jeweils erst nachdem wir sie gegrüsst haben
Das mag eine Kleinigkeit sein, doch gerade in einem Hotel trägen freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter wesentlich dazu bei, dass sich Gäste willkommen fühlen. Schade, denn ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
