Residence Turgenev

水壓太低，熱水不熱，沖15分鐘熱水涼，之後要等一個鐘头煲水。冇電梯，要行五層樓梯及自己搬行李，極辛苦。但地點極佳。

Para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir hasta el quinto piso y no hay ascensor. La habitacion y el baño muy basicos, lo unico bueno era la ubicacion. El personal hablaba solo ruso. Es un lugar al cual no volveria.

Ребята на рецепшене просто большие умнички все очень хорошие и дружелюбные )) рекомендую данный апарт-Отель очень удобная локация и в целом все близко !

Hotel with excellent location, staff was really kind with us, the room was clean, basic breakfast included.

Very nice hotel. Rooms with new equipment, very clean. The breakfast is served to the room each morning. The only drawback is that the hotel is on the 5th floor but the staff helps to board and unload luggage. Staff is very kind and helps with any problem or request. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to the city center, the Armitage and famous churches.

This hotel (overall 8 rooms) is completely located on the fifth floor of the building. There is no elevator so you have to climb all stairs always.
We booked a room for 3 adult persons. So they take a double room and add a (narrow / 70cm) additional bed. There was not many space left to place our belongings.
The bathroom is ok and we got fresh towels each day. But the toilet paper was horrible. I cannot understand, why somebody buys such a kind of paper, just to save one rubel per roll.
We decided to buy our own soft paper in the super market, which is located opposite of the building and opens 24 hours every day.
Our booking had breakfast included so we ordered breakfirst for the next morning. But is was poor, because you can choose only one drink and only one meal (porridge or omelet) per person.
There is no breakfast room at all, so they bring it to the room, which has only a very small table on the balcony. Since the hotel has no kitchen, they get it from somewhere and bring it for one person at the same time. We had to wait 15min for breakfast for the next person.
So we skipped this breakfast and went to cafes around there the next days for having breakfast.
The hotel did not gave us any refund for the not taken breakfast, instead of it they charged us for 2 coffees we had one afternoon.
Since subway is everywhere, is cheap (1€/day) and comes every 3 minutes, we would not take this hotel again. We would take a 4 star hotel outside centrum and take the subway.

It was a pleasant hotel stay.

Очень понравилось, отель в самом центре города, уютно и чисто, не плохой сервис.Единственно неудобно нет лифта, что естественно для старых исторических зданий.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, notre chambre était très lumineuse et nous avons même pu profiter du grand balcon.Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Par contre, dur dur de monter les escaliers après une journée de visite. A part cela, je recommande cet hôtel

We paid extra to stay in the balcony room, as advertised. When taken to our room we found it was not the balcony room. We showed her our confirmation, balcony room, she said there was as error with their system - no apology, no offer to reimburse the difference between the rooms. We booked this hotel based on the balcony, and had even confirmed via email when arranging our visa.

When we asked for a refund we were told that we booked an apartment room. We suggested in that case the hotel refer to the higher priced room as an apartment rather than a balcony room, if not all rooms have that it seems misleading to call it that.

No refund was given in the difference between the two rooms. We were moved into the balcony room on our final night - wow, what a difference between the two rooms. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here, and really dampened our honeymoon in St Petersburg. The staff were unhelpful and unreliable. It wasn’t worth the trouble, when there are so many other accomodation options in St Petersburg. My suggestion is to stay somewhere else.

Great location, amazing staff (they take care of you like you're family). Great real residence experience (the five-floor walk up...beautiful marble staircase..). Turgenev lived in the building (hence the name).
The water pressure is something to be desired but other than that, really enjoyed my stay.

Good location! No elevator to the 5th floor. No conditioning in the room. Excellent service!

Location was perfect, hotel was close to everything. Place was clean and very beutifully decorated. Employees was very friendly :) hotel didnt have elevator and it was on fift floor, but it wasnt that bad to walk up, we got good excercise from it :)

Loved St Petersburg; loved this hotel. Great location, beautiful, large room with balcony. Caution: the hotel is located on the fifth floor and there are no elevators at all and no staff to help carry your bags up or down the 122 stairs! Only book this hotel if that is okay with you.

Vain yksi henkilökunnan jäsen osasi englantia auttavasti. Pietari on myös turisti kaupunki ,Venäjän kieltä taitaa harva , joten oletin pärjääväni englannilla. Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys tosin pelasti tilanteet

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Only downside was that they did not have an elevator and it was on the 5th floor. Otherwise, staff was more than helpful and we had a great stay!

Классный балкон, высокие потолки и хорошая цена. Единственный минус-отсутствие лифта на пятый этаж.
