Schon am Empfang des Hotels fühlt man sich gleich wohl.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Vorallem ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Das Frühstücksbufett bot alles was man braucht. Der Empfangsbereich ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Platzdeckchen auf dem Tisch beim Frühstück waren nicht immer sauber. Es wäre schön gewesen, es hätte jemand öfter diese abgewischt.
Ausserdem sind in der Duschkabine im Bad rote Flecken auf den Fliesen und in den Fugen.

Frühstück war sehr gut, es hat nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Ein Nachtkasten hat gefehlt, hat mich persönlich nicht gestört, weil ich allein genug Platz hatte, sollte aber nicht sein.

Hotel ist sauber, nettes Personal, liegt zentral. Alles gut erreichbar

Doch leider waren Zimmer nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es war so heiß. Wir hatten 31 Grad im Zimmer

Frühstück und Personal im Frühstücksraum freundlich, flink, kundenorientiert.

Cons:

Anreise: Die Dame der Anmeldung konnte uns nicht mitteilen, dass wir aufgrund des Volksfestes diverser Absperrungen und Umleitungen, als Gäste befugt sind, die zuführende, abgesperrte Straße zu befahren - ein Irrweg! Ein es tut ihr leid oder ähnliches haben wir beim Empfang nicht vernommen!
Fazit: Respekt, Kundenorientiertheit, Höflichkeit, entsprechende notwendige Kenntnisse, sowie richtige deutsche Ausdrucksweise haben hier gefehlt!
Der Empfang ist u.a. das Aushängeschild des Hotels …….sehr schade ☹️
