Pros:

The staff was really nice and the check in and check out were very fast and unproblematic

Cons:

I stayed there for a lecture i had, trying to avoid spending an hour in the train in the morning. As soon as i walked in to the room, I could smell something really weird and gross, especially coming out of the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable using the bathroom at all and kept it really short(wash face and brush teeth). I don’t know where it was coming from but It was so bad that I voluntarily left the hotel at 4am and went home early to be able to take a shower and then drive back in time. I definitely won’t be returning.

Insgesamt ordentlich.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage nahe der Altstadt gut.

Cons:

Die Fenster öffneten sich zu einem Innenhof. Damit kam selbst bei geöffneten Fenstern kaum Luft in das Zimmer. Daher sehr warm.

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein tolles Frühstück 👌👌👌👌
Stellplätze für Fahrräder

Cons:

Keine Lademöglichkeit direkt bei den Fahrrädern.
Akku muss im Zimmer geladen werden.

The room No 307 has no ceiling fan in hot summer. The room is provided with small standing fan which was not effective.

Super gute Lage zur Innenstadt, modern und sauber

Cons:

Es war Sommer und es hatte Tagsüber bis zu 30°C. Mein Zimmer war der Sonne zugewandt und es hatte im Zimmer ebenfalls 30°C. Die Temperatur wurde man auch Nachts bei offenen Fenstern nicht los. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator, der fühlte sich aber eher wie ein Föhn an. Evtl. sollte man da mal über eine Klimaanlage nachdenken.

Wir werden dort wohl nicht mehr nächtigen

Das Hotel liegt gut, Empfangsbereich und Zimmer waren sauber, der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sehr nett. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden (auch nicht hoteleigene). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und vielfältig, wäre da nicht die Kaffemaschine....

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer # 115 im baulich "alten" Bereich des Hauses. Unter unserem Fenster befindet sich der Stadtsaal, an diesem Samstag fand ein Maturaball statt. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber es war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Bis 5 Uhr früh Musik und laute Jugendliche. Endlich eingeschlafen, erwachte über uns ein Kleinkind, Getrampel und Hellhörigkeit ein Wahnsinn! Um 6.30 Uhr fing dann die Klimaanlage vom Speisesaal, die genau bei unserem Fenster hing, laut zu rattern an.
In den Zimmern gibt es keine eingebauten Klimaanlagen, sondern nur Standgeräte, die natürlich nicht das beste Ergebnis liefern.
Das Hotel war an diesem Wochenende ausgebucht (Sonnwendfeier, Maturaball...) dementsprechend groß war der Andrang beim Frühstücksbuffet und bei nur einer Kaffeemaschine. Es standen teilweise 20 Personen in der Schlange, Wartezeit 20 Minuten. Die Servicemitarbeiterin, die meinte, sie sei hier die Chefin, erklärte uns, dass sie in einem 5 Sterne Steigenberger Hotel gearbeitet hätte und dort wartete man auch 40 Minuten auf einen Kaffee. Sie stört es nicht, wenn die Leute hier in der Schlange stehen. Ein freundliches "es tut uns sehr leid" wäre angebrachter gewesen. Auch in einem 3 Sterne Hotel.

Für ein 3*-Hotel sehr gut ausgestattet, wenn auch mit €140.- für ein Einzelzimmer sehr teuer. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und liebenswert. Danke

Cons:

Nur 1 Kaffeemaschine morgens in Betrieb (lange Warteschlange). Geschirr wird schon abserviert, wenn man quasi noch am Essen ist (Personal sollte fragen, ob man fertig ist)
