Gute Lage in Krems

Cons:

Leider keine Klimatisierung, dadurch hatte es im Zimmer zu hohe Temperaturen, die der sehr laute Ventilator nur umverteilt hat :-(

Cons:

Der Getränkeautomat ist diebisch :-) Wir haben da mehrfach Geld reingeworfen und nichts bekommen. Und nicht mal Geld zurück bekommen...

snídaně dobrá kousek od centra, vnitřek hotelu po rekonstrukci

Cons:

Klimatizace na pokoji byla, ale pouze přenosná, splní sice svůj účel, ale je velmi hlučná. Lobby bar jen do 21h

Freundliches Hotel, sehr sauber, gute Lage!
Pros:

Empfang, Bar, Ausstattung in den Zimmern. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, super Gebäck und viele warme Speisen. Sowohl auch für Veganer und Vegetarier. TOP!

Cons:

Der Empfang beim Frühstück am Sonntag war sehr unfreundlich. Aber das restliche Personal TOP!

Danke, aber leider kein 2. Mal

Die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone

Cons:

Da ein gebrauchter Damenslip im Kasten lag und nach Meldung an die Rezeption, diese hat mich mit großen Augen angesehen, trotzdem nicht entfernt wurde, lag dieser nach unserer Rückkehr in der Nacht immer noch da. Sie hat es nicht der Mühe wert gefunden diesen zu entfernen. Das mussten wir selber machen. War sehr geschmackig für ein Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war auch am Frühstückstisch nicht gegeben, unser Tisch und auch andere wurden nach verlassen der Gäste nicht gereinigt worden. War eine sehr klebrige Sache. Würde diesem Hotel keine 3 Stern geben. Werde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen geschweige nochmal buchen.
