I loved the view and the record player that was in the room. I also thought the themed elevators were a nice touch. The complimentary drinks upon arriving were great.
The bathrooms made for a pretty uncomfortable situation. There were no hooks so changing was difficult and taking a shower meant you had to step out into the room to get the towel, take off/ put on your clothes. Maybe okay for a couple but not for family! Would be perfect if not for the shower arrangement.
Loved the location, across the water from the train station with free ferry’s running constantly.
Very dissapointed that they request a pending payment through card for half the cost of your stay!! Room was already paid for. This is not mentioned at all when booking and meant we were not able to be as carefree with our spending. We were also wrongly charged for items grom the mini bar which we did not use and the refund for all of this did not arrive until several days after returning home.
Location was great, convenient access to the ferry and amsterdam centraal.
The rooms were very warm and we couldn't crack open windows.

Really well located to be experiencing downtown but not in the center! Cool hotel, nice team, GREAT GYM!
The staff in the restaurant took some time to take orders, and on the receptions sometimes it took a while to be served as there was only 1 person at times.

I really loved my stay here! The location is perfect, very close to the city centre, but still in a quieter area away from all the crowds. The room was beautiful and I especially loved the interior design: very modern and stylish, but with some really cool retro touches that gave it a lot of character. Another big plus is having everything in the same building. You can have dinner at the restaurant downstairs and then head up to the A’DAM Lookout for a drink and an amazing view over Amsterdam. Such a fun and convenient place to stay!

Während des Aufenthalts unangenehmer Geruch im Lobby und Frühstücksbereichs, vermutlich vorübergehend defekte Kanalisation. Keine Beeinträchtigung in den Zimmern oder Fluren.
