Ein Hotel zum entspannen und wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Wir waren im Juli 2026 mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Alter von vier und acht Jahren in diesem Hotel und waren wirklich begeistert.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hervorragende Essen. Für die Erwachsenen gab es mehrgängige Menüs. Die Kinder konnten wählen, ob sie ein eigenes Kindermenü möchten oder beim Erwachsenenmenü mitessen. Unsere beiden Kinder entschieden sich jeweils für ein Hauptgericht und eine Nachspeise aus dem Kindermenü und waren sowohl mit der Auswahl als auch mit dem Geschmack vollends zufrieden.

Zusätzlich konnte man sich am Salat- und Suppenbuffet bedienen. Die einzelnen Gänge waren sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt und so bemessen, dass man das gesamte Menü genießen konnte und am Ende angenehm satt war. Durch das zusätzliche Buffet war auch für den größeren Hunger ausreichend gesorgt. Die Speisen kamen schnell und der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr gut organisiert.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und der Zimmerservice ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Reinigung erfolgte angenehm unauffällig, sodass wir uns zu keiner Zeit gestört fühlten.

Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt, das Wasser angenehm temperiert und auch der warme Whirlpool lud zum Entspannen ein. Im Fitnessbereich gab es eine gute Auswahl an Geräten. Selbst im Eingangsbereich wurde an die Kinder gedacht: Die beiden Hängesessel dort waren für unsere Kinder ein kleines Highlight.

Der Service an der Rezeption war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen, und wir bekamen hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.

Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel sowohl Familien als auch Paaren uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Nel complesso un buon soggiorno
Pros:

Colazione ottima e abbondante. Cena non all'altezza della struttura. Pessima cucina internazionale, si salva il buffet iniziale di contorni e le zuppe.
Area benessere molto grande e valida.

Cons:

Il cibo serale. Troppo elaborato e manipolato. Gusto terribile.

Alta montagna, SPA completa, eleganza e comfort a due passi dal centro di Bad Hof Gastein
Pros:

Ottima colazione e di alto livello anche la cucina della cena. Piatti molto ben presentati, equilibrati e fantasiosi negli abbinamenti degli ingredienti.
Unico appunto, darei la possibilità di riscaldare autonomamente il latte vegetale, per chi ne fa uso al posto del latte tradizionale.

Cons:

Migliorerei i bagni delle camere:
Aspiratore del bagno non motorizzato, un pò lento a ricambiare l'aria.
Doccia un pò datata, con la cabina ad ante a scorrimento e piatto non a pavimento ma con gradino importante.

Ho dato 9 e non 10 alla valutazione complessiva per questi due motivi:
- Inaccettabile il parcheggio auto a pagamento, ben 12€ a notte!
- un pò più di cortesia e la possibilità di avere almeno una persona alla reception che parli italiano, viste le tante presenze italiane in struttura.

Die Einrichtung hat mir gefallen, man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Das Abendessen war immer ausgezeichnet.
Das Servicepersonal war immer sehr freundlich und nett.
Saunabereich sehr großzügig gestaltet.

Cons:

Yoga wurde nur am Wochenende angeboten, wochentags leider nicht .

Összességében ez egy jó színvonalú szálloda, kellemes tartózkodást biztosít kiránduláshoz.
Pros:

A reggeli kiváló volt, az ágy kényelmes. A környék nagyon jó, a felvonó pár perc sétára van. A wellness szuper. A szoba és a fürdőszoba igényes. Jó ötlet a wellness törölközőket strandtáskában adni.

Cons:

A menüválasztásos vacsora viszont nem az ízlésünk szerinti volt, és eléggé beszűkítette a lehetőségeket. A szobában nem találtunk sörnyitót, noha a minibárban ilyen italok voltak. A konyha bejárata feletti szobát kaptuk, ez korán reggel elég hangos volt.
