Lovely hotel in a perfect location in the old city. Friendly and very attentive staff.
The hotel has a wonderful ambience that feels like the set of a classic 1940’s movie.
Highly recommend this hotel when in Chiang Mai.

Good hotel but terrible communications. I stayed here in January 2025 and was planning on staying here again in January 20 26, but could not get anybody from the hotel to respond to me when I made an inquiry via the method they tell you to on their website. They have a nice hotel but they really need to improve their customer service.

Had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The staff was super helpful. On our first night Imm recommended a fantastic massage place. It was so good we went there 2 nights in a row. The breakfast was great, free water bottles and snacks any time. Even after checking out the staff was nice enough to let us eat some take-away food at their tables, brought us bowls and silverware, even cleaned it up for us. Will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Very comfortable place to stay. Staff is great, as are the delicious breakfasts. A great property! Hotel is convenient to many shops, including a great leather goods store, and “Its Good Kitchen”, an excellent and popular lunch and dinner spot.

Beautifully styled hotel, amazing staff and lovely food (breakfast is really good as is the lunch/late afternoon meal (the best Pad Thai). I am fussy and this place really did exceed all expectations. Fantastic location in Chiang Mai old town. My family (husband and 2 older teens) really enjoyed our time here. I’d thoroughly recommend it!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at 99 The Heritage Hotel and it was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning — it feels like stepping into another era. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chiang Mai’s historic center. The service is outstanding: the staff are incredibly kind and do everything to make your stay perfect. Free bikes, on-site cooking classes, great city tips… Every detail is carefully thought out. We’ll definitely be back — next time for a longer stay!

We visited Chiang Mai mainly to see the elephants. This hotel is well located in the old town, close to the main attractions. The only gripe I would have is that the gym is not great. Otherwise the staff are really helpful and cheerful, the breakfast was fantastic also.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in one of the rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. We were happy to get one of the 5 available parking spots for our rental car and used the hotel bicycles to explore the city. All the temples in the inner city are in walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips for shopping and dining. Breakfast and lunch dishes were excellent.

The moment you walk in, the staff gives you a great welcome! This is a great hotel because it is within walking distance to various temples and also literally like 2 minutes away for Sunday market! Also hotel is located near a 7/11 and many restaurants. Facility is clean and what makes this a great place is their staff!!! They go above and beyond to offer great service and make you feel super comfortable

The hotel was very classy with excellent service. Breakfast was amazing with good selection. Location was perfect to be picked up by tour service. Plenty of places in walking distance to shop and eat. Good for family and couple stay.

The service from when we were greeted until we checked out was unmatched. All of the staff were so kind and helped us with any questions that we had. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Would stay again!
