Pros:

Location is very good. Close to center, shopping, and transportation. Breakfast delicious. Perfect for business trip, or for short term travel. My room did not have closet for cloth, no coffee machine, no teapot, but breakfast included into room price. Refrigerator was brought after check in. Refrigerator created to display beverage, was not good cooler and light all night. In general, I have good impression to be in that hotel. I used it in two trips already and will use it in my next trip.

The only good part is the cheap daily rate
Pros:

I would not recommend this hotel, unless you are just stying for one night and with no heavy luggage (there is no lift, and that is not mentioned in the description)
Staff did not speak English and they do not even try to help much. Not very friendly either.
Internet only worked with a code sent to a local phone so the receptionist had to do it for us every 24 hours and internet kept dropping anyways.
Room smelled like cheap hotel and the rest of the hotel like chlorine.
There was no toilette paper so we had to ask for one every night (they give you just one every time) .
No coffee maker or electric kettle in room.
Breakfast buffet was poor. (Only instant coffee, no toaster)
The TV in reception had great signal but it was lousy in the room.
The top sheet was for a small bed and not big enough to cover us both.
No place for clothes. Just a couple of coat hooks.
