Está bien
Pros:

Es limpio; todos los días te dan café y aromática de cortesía, está bien ubicado, para pasar al mar hay que cruzar un puente peatonal (aunque algunas personas dicen que es algo inseguro). Las habitaciones son cómodas con aire acondicionado, jabón, shampoo. Todos los detalles muy bien. Es un hotel bonito y bien tenido.

Cons:

Te guardan la maleta si tu vuelo es mas tarde del checkout (eso está muy bien),pero deberían de tener un baño con ducha puesto que lo normal es que uno se vaya para el mar mientras es el vuelo, y sin una ducha te toca irte sucio y lleno de sal al aeropuerto.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na nocleg po lub przed lotem, ze względu na bliskość lotniska. Okolica bezpieczna, wkoło same hotele lub apartamentowce. Smaczne śniadania przygotowywane z zaangażowaniem i starannością. Bardzo pomocny personel mówiący po angielsku. Mogliśmy przechować bagaż co bardzo nam pomogło. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons:

Wszystko było ok, to hotel bez luksusów ale ze wszystkim co potrzeba, jest łóżko, klimatyzacja i śniadanie :)

El lugar en si...Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, las camas muy cómodas, los espacios son amplios e iluminados y las personas que nos atendieron, en especial la señorita llamada LUZ. Recomiendo el HOTEL al 100%,

Must stay was decent, but the Customer Service was not good.

The only thing that I can mention that was likable was the fact that it was close to a few restaurants

The customer service the communication was horrible. I was letting him by the gatekeeper once I got there I was told that someone would be there to check me in no one did that the following morning I checked out I was told that I was good then I hear back from them two weeks later, stating that I never paid for the stayed this was the most uncomfortable situation that I have ever been in with a hotel stay in Cartegena.
