Store fine rom, fint bad, rolig, nytt og oppusset. Bra service, hyggelig og høflige i resepsjon og vaskepersonal.

Cons:

Det manglet håndsåpe dispenser på badet og balsam i dusjen. Når alt det andre var bra så burde man kunne tilby dette lille ekstra

Wonderful hotel and perfect location!

Wonderful Hotel!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Savoy. The staff was so pleasant and helpful! If I am ever back in Bern, I would only stay here! We were upgraded since we had booked directly and our room was nothing short of wonderful! The shower was very spacious! We loved having a Nespresso machine in the room. It is right by the train station and the location couldn’t be better. Hope to make it back to Bern someday and will definitely stay here!

Pros:

Super zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Aufzug ist recht klein und langsam, fährt auch nicht bis in den 5. Stock - die Suite ist also nicht barrierefrei.

We had an amazing time in Bern and the staff were exceptional from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel room was clean and modern. The shower is the best in Europe.

Great location, nice staff…
Pros:

Cute little boutique hotel, very nice and clean. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Easy walking distance from the train station as long as you leave the platform in the correct direction, which of course we did not and did a little walking tour with our luggage around the blocks to get there.
Very nicely located in the walking district and you have everything you need food, shopping, grocery stores, and the train right there. Would love to stay here again…
