Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo de uma das saídas da estação de trem e de várias atrações, pontos turísticos e transporte público. Quarto amplo, bem cuidado, limpo e banheiro impecável. O staff é prestativo e gentil.

Wonderful hotel, excellent location!
Pros:

A wonderful stay at this ideally located hotel which is just a few minutes walk from the main station but right in the heart of the old city. The hotel is immaculate throughout and the rooms have a high level of comfort with well planned bathrooms and amenities. Breakfast is buffet style and has a very good choice. The reception team are very helpful and friendly, Katrin went out of her way to help us settle in and gave excellent advice re local sights and transport. We ate at the restaurant Luce, a delightful Italian with excellent food and atmosphere, and at the Namaste Indian. Both rather pricey but we expected that. We also took the bus to the Paul Klee centre, very easy and recommend if art is your thing. Great little cafe in the centre for lunch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bern and will definitely come back as we haven't seen all that this upmarket, old city has to offer. We felt we got very good value for money here. Thank you to the whole team!
