My experience at the hotel was excellent, with service that exceeded expectations. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and provides a very pleasant stay.
I would like to especially highlight Charles, an extremely polite, helpful, and attentive professional. From the very first interaction, he showed great friendliness and a strong willingness to assist, always with a smile and an exemplary professional attitude.
He was very helpful in answering questions, giving guidance, and making sure everything was perfect during my stay. Small gestures and the way he treats guests truly make a difference and greatly enhance the overall hotel experience.

I stayed at this hotel with my family in January of this year, and we had an excellent experience. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are very comfortable.
I would also like to highlight the breakfast service — it was very complete, and the atmosphere is lovely, making it a great way to start the day.
I highly recommend this hotel. It also has a great location in the city, with shops and places to eat nearby. In any case, the receptionists are always happy to help and provide recommendations.
