Buena relación costo beneficio con algunas cosas que mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación, a pocos pasos de la Av. Simón Bolívar y cerca de la Av. Ferrocarril. La habitación tenía guardarropas, ducha con agua caliente y fría. El desayuno fue sencillo pero suficiente. Cuenta con parqueadero bastante amplio y cercano (cruzando la avenida).

Cons:

El aseo y arreglo de la habitación no se hizo durante la estancia (excepto la limpieza de las canecas, solo una vez y porque se solicito expresamente). La habitación puede sentirse algo encerrada y calurosa en algunos momentos. Seria ideal que al menos equipen algunas habitaciones con aire acondicionado. El desayuno varia muy poco, y esto se nota en estancias largas.

Safe, clean and a good location.

The couple that runs the hotel...they are magnificent! I also felt safe at the hotel and it was very clean

Cons:

I got bait and switched. On Booking.com I paid for a larger room. Even the confirmation that I received directly from the hotel via WhatsApp beforehand confirmed my larger room with a different room number. When I arrived, I was given a smaller room and the hotel was full. I don't complain, so I just accepted it. But, I feel that this was misleading and wrong. It was only because of the couple that I dealt with 95% of the time during my stay that I am not making a big complaint. It was a different lady and not them, that checked me in.

Cons:

La atención del personal y el desayuno lo servían de mala gana y los huevos quemados y un tinto super cargado la recepcionista junto con la señora del aseo es la misma que hace el desayuno mala atención prácticamente lo preparaba de mala gana y cuando se lo llevaba a la mesa lo tiraba que decepción. Se acabó el papel higiénico y le indique y soltaron a reírse las dos y me toco comprar porque no llevaron ,paso mas de 3 horas y me pasaron uno ,tenia pago 3 noches preferí salir en la 2 de ver esa mala atención .
