El peor hotel, por la atención y por no ser serios con sus clientes
Pros:

Nada ya que llegue a las instalaciones teniendo reserva y me dicen que no tienen habitación.

Cons:

La atención de la conserje muy mala. Además no sé cuál es el fin de hacer una reserva por la aplicación si cuando uno llega a las instalaciones, dicen que no hay habitaciones. Es una pérdida de tiempo de los clientes. Pésimo servicio del hotel. Deberían mínimo avisar con anticipación que no tienen habitación y no estar haciendo perder el tiempo de los clientes. Uno queriendo descansar, llegando agotado y salen con la sorpresa de que no hay habitación.

It was a bit rushed, but we were able to relax
Pros:

I liked that the beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space to move around. Plus, we were traveling by car and parking was included; it was just a block away across the street. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

One area for improvement is that it gets a bit quiet at night since it’s a very commercial area during the day, many businesses close and it feels a bit deserted but we didn’t run into any trouble and the other thing is that there are several floors and there are only stairs
