En el hotel todo bien, he reservado varias veces el mismo hotel, en mi ultima reserva, ( # de reserva: 9195620697190) me cobraron la reserva por la app y en el hotel me tocó pagar de nuevo, porque dijeron que no recibieron confirmación de hotels.com o expedia, sobre la reserva, quien me reembolsa el doble pago?
