Sehr moderne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Lage war genial - sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und nur 2 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum. Ein großer Supermarkt liegt gleich nebenan. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und abwechslungsreich. Am letzten Tag bekamen wir unaufgefordert ein Frühstückspaket, da wir sehr zeitig zum Flughafen mussten. Das Personal war mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit - vielen Dank nochmal

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je zaista predivno iskustvo i od srca ga mogu preporučiti svima! Od samog dolaska pa do poslednjeg dana osećali smo se izuzetno prijatno i dobrodošlo. Osoblje je bilo neverovatno srdačno, ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek nasmejano, a njihova pažnja i odnos prema gostima zaista su nešto što se danas retko sreće. Hotel je besprekorano čist, uredan i veoma prijatan, vidi se da se o svemu vodi računa i da je gostima zaista važno da se osećaju kao kod kuće. Sve je bilo na svom mestu, atmosfera je bila divna, a celokupan boravak ostavio je na nas samo najlepše utiske. Posebno bih pohvalio sve zaposlene, jer su svojom ljubaznošću i toplinom učinili naš odmor još lepšim. Veliko hvala celom timu na gostoprimstvu, osmesima i trudu koji svakodnevno ulažu — zaista se oseća kada neko svoj posao radi sa ljubavlju. Želim vam puno uspeha, još mnogo zadovoljnih gostiju i da nastavite da budete upravo takvi kakvi jeste! I loved the hotel! The owners were very kind and always ready to help. The location was amazing — very quiet, just a 5-minute walk from the sea and 2 minutes from a big supermarket. Everything you need is nearby. Fresh towels were provided every 2 days and fresh sheets every 4 days. The breakfast was great, with a few of options, so everyone could find something they liked.
It’s not really about the property itself, but rather about their car rental partners. Unfortunately, they were not very reliable. We booked a car, but it broke down on the way to us, and they didn’t inform the hotel.
The owners helped us look for other car rental options in the city and called several places for us, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the available options were too expensive. As a result, we were left without a car for two days and couldn’t explore the island as planned.
However, we found other things to do and still had a great time. Now we have one more reason to come back to Crete! 🥰

מידיי בוקר התעוררתי מוקדם לרעשי הדלתות הנטרקות של יתר החדרים במלון ומכל הקומות ושיחות האורחים בפרוזדור.
היה לילה אחד רועש במיוחד של חברה צעירים שיכורים אך היות שבעלי המלון נמצאים עד 19.30 לא היה מי שיטפל בבעיה מיידית.

Il bagno angusto, la colazione molto minimal, la pulizia può essere migliorata e poi tenete conto che si tratta di una struttura dove vanno prevalentemente ragazzi che non rispettano le ore di silenzio. Durante la notte si sentivano rumori e in più le stanze non sono distanti tra loro, quindi, quando si aprono le porte si ha la sensazione che ti entrino in camera.
