Pros:

Far more comfortable than one would expect for the price. All furniture and facilities were as fresh, clean, and modern as advertised in photos and all interactions with staff were smooth and predictable. Spent about 6.2K JPY per night and it was far and away the best hotel I’ve stayed at at this price point.

Cons:

Breakfast is 2000 JPY which I found expensive given there are cheaper options directly next door.

たいへん満足。
Pros:

バスタオル、フェイスタオル、歯ブラシなど2セット用意されていた。夜と朝シャワーを浴びるので、このサービスはたいへんありがたいです。

Cons:

ドライヤーの風量調節がほとんどできなかった点。

寝るだけでは便利な立地。

コーヒーが何杯も飲めた。
飲食店に近い。

Cons:

部屋は清掃されてはいたが、カーペットの埃が残っていて歩く事でまきあげていた。空気清浄機はよく作動はしていたが。
共用部の、清掃が足りていない。エレベーターの金物、光もの等。

格安で広いお部屋に泊まれて良かったです。

お部屋が広くて良かった。場所もとても良かったです。

車で移動していたのですが、フロントが４階なので駐車場を確認するのが手間だった。

Prima keuze, goede service en ontbijt tegen een zeer redelijke prijs.
Pros:

Keurige kamer, vlakbij China Town en veel winkeltjes. Ontbijt was prima, zowel Japans als Europees. Tweede dag regende het en konden we prima paraplu’s lenen, werd uit eigen beweging van personeel aangeboden, top.

Cons:

Bedden ietwat aan de harde kant.

フロント、清掃、レストランの方々
の笑顔、対応がとても心地よく、気持ちよくすごす事ができました。また朝食がとても良くて、美味しかったです。
自由に頂けるコーヒーマシン、アメニティ、部屋のシャンプー等もとてもよかったです。

Cons:

1点だけ、チェックアウトの際、3人組のお二人が機械で手続きし、お一人が機械から離れていて、私はその方が並んでいると思い、後ろについていたら、後ろからきた中国の方がさっと機械に行ってしまいました。
私ももう少しよく見ればよかったのかもしれませんが、チェックアウトをする方がもっと多い場合もあると思いますので、きちんと並べるような対応なり、表示なりあるとよいかなと思いました。
