Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located!
Pros:

A perfectly located hotel, right in the heart of the city. Clean, comfortable, and with just enough space to make it an easy place to spend a few days. It’s handy for the transport links, too!

Cons:

The room was a bit a stuffy, and we couldn’t work out how to turn off the heated loo seat!

Pros:

Superb location which located right in the shopping district. Few step across the road and there's plenty of eateries / bar / Ramen. The traditional Chawanmushi restaurant and Don Quijote just few steps away (under the roof which not to worry about bad weather). We are having very enjoyable stay with room in massage chair. Highly recommended for family, kids and those travelers who love everything right in corner.

Fantastic location for good value
Pros:

Good location - it is located in the one of the main shopping street so easy access to drug store, convenience store. Also tram stop is right opposite so easy to travel around
