好大的總統套房
Pros:

好大的總統套房，大到好幾個標語一直叮嚀不要奔跑，有兩個浴缸，一個有按摩水柱，但淋浴間的水很容易潑出來

真的很恐怖的住宿環境
Pros:

1.房間煙味很重
2.淋浴間門關不密合沖個澡水會跑到外面
3.按摩浴缸的浴盆，但是卻沒有按摩浴缸的功能，代表原本按摩浴缸的出水管路都留著之前入住客人洗澡過的水
4.沙發椅凹陷，上面還有沒清乾淨的皮屑
5.房間很潮濕，空調沒有暖氣

整體住宿評價良好～
1.洗手台的水龍頭太短，開水龍頭&關水時會，水會噴出洗手台，讓檯面弄濕。
2.淋浴間地面磁磚會滑，地面排水沒有做好斜度，所以會有積水情況。

環境之品質提升可再加強
Pros:

1、於旅館內浴室之場地不潔，有地板油漆脫落痕跡，好險不是木屑或針刺，否則將有人身安全問題，雖無安全問題，但會影響下次入住意願。

2、餐廳阿姨服務親切，但餐點無即時更新，可思考工作分配或人力問題，多巡視可以有注意更多細節。

3、續住已告知可先進行清潔，約傍晚時分回來，不料詢問服務人員，告知還未清理完畢，不知是溝通上哪裡出現問題，續住之旅客若離開，且未迎接新房客之房型整潔設計之順序為何？可能要再思考看看。

旅館以外出如家的形式呈現，很高興這次選擇歐遊精品，在環境、餐點、服務或是安排上都可以再用心，謝謝。
