Pros:

Estava tudo a contento: a limpeza, a organização, os lençóis, as toalhas, o colchão, ter coberta extra, pois o frio estava grande.
O atendimento dos funcionários, especialmente o da senhora que atende no estacionamento, muito amável, muito atenciosa com meus pais idosos, sempre com um sorriso e palavras gentis.
Essa unidade do Ibis é das melhores que já me hospedei.

A organização, a limpeza e as acomodações no geral estavam impecáveis

Cons:

como não havia nem agua no frigobar, tudo tendo de ser pego na recepção, e a recepção tambem não dispor de funcionarios para levar ate os quartos; isso ficou um pouco desconfortavel.
