Hotel was a standard for 3 stars. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was good. AC worked well, as well as the wifi. The breakfast did not have many options, however it was acceptable. The hotel is quite far away from the downtown, so the easiest option is to use Uber or Lyft.
In our room, safety box did not work, since our arrival. W e reported the problem at the reception several times, and each time we were promised that it will be fixed in the morning at 9am or they will give us a new room. When no one came to fix the problem until 11:30 am, we asked for the new room, however the resppnse was that they did not have any rooms available. We needed to leave our documents and other valuable items in the safety box because they were not permited at the stadium (FIFA World Cup match). We were very dissappointed because they did not care about our request, as well as the promises of fixed the problem (we lost several hours because of their promises which were not fullfiled).
Was priced 115 they end up charging me 120.

Terrible locations, staffs attitudes were mediocre, there was no hand soap, when I asked to be replaced I was told they didn’t have any, towels were molded, several molded areas in the shower, slide door wasn’t on its track, the fridge smelled like spoiled food, cracks and and scuffs on the door frames. Overall was terrible

Location was great, close to the event i went for
there was cockroach in the room, i complained to the front desk who was non challant,
i asked for another room and she gave me a one-bed room instead of 2 beds room that i booked without disclosure. i was walked back and forth multiple times with a tired daughter, carrying luggage between room and front desk.
Eventually she told us we either take the one bed room or nothing she could do. reluctantly, we slept in the room with the cockroah
The air conditioning was not working properly, it was hot and was drenched in sweat
