Preis-Leistung war ok, wir würden aber das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen
Pros:

Das Gesamtkonzept und die vereinfachten Abläufe (Check-in / Check-out) sind super. Das Personal hat bei unserer Reklamation betreffend hörbare Musik/Bass nach 23 Uhr sehr schnell reagiert und sich bemüht dem nachzugehen. Die Zimmer sind stilistisch schick und bieten einen modernen Comfort (digitale Steuerung, Lichtkonzept). Die Bar im EG ist sehr gemütlich und bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks. An sich ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das Hotels im Zentrum einiges teurer sind. Mit der Metro ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in die andere Richtung bei der AFAS live Halle etc. - was mitunter der Grund war, warum wir das Ruby Emma gewählt haben.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da man in der 17. Etage die Musik respektive den Bass vom Restaurant in der 21. Etage hört. Für geräuschempfindliche Gäste ist das wirklich ungeeignet und sollte nach 22 Uhr generell vermieden werden, um die Nachtruhe für alle Persönlichkeitstypen zu gewährleisten. Die Rezeption hat sich sichtlich bemüht, ich musste jedoch zwei Mal nach unten gehen (keine Möglichkeit die Rezeption in solchen Fällen telefonisch zu erreichen). Wir haben dann am nächsten Tag ein Zimmer weiter unten und in Richtung Innenhof erhalten. Man hört nämlich zur Strassenseite auch die Metro relativ gut. Allgemein ein grosser Minuspunkt ist die geregelte und deutlich hörbare Lüftung, welche sich weder regulieren noch ausschalten lässt. Die Zimmertemperatur kann auf dem Tablet auf 24 Grad eingestellt werden, kam aber auf maximal 21 Grad. Der Boden ist eiskalt, was im Winter sehr ungemütlich ist. Das "Ersatz"-Zimmer hatte definitiv weniger Charme und war leider von der Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Dafür hatten wir Ruhe ;)

De slaapkamer was fantastisch!

Cons:

Het personeel dat je niet even helpt met inchecken. Alles moet je zelf doen via zo ipad en ze kijken je alleen maar schaapachtig aan.

Close to trains, easy to get to the center, excellent value for the money.
Pros:

We slept in twin beds. They were comfortable even though they were small. This hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. It has a very urban, polished feel.
