Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and did their best to make our stay enjoyable

Cons:

Even though we booked through a third party, and the Ruby confirmed the reservation, they couldn't find it when we got there. We did get a room. Also, there was a heat wave at the time, but the rooms were extremely warm. Our refrigerator didn't work either, so the few items we bought for breakfast the following morning couldn't be put in there.

Great location, quiet, clean facilities!
Pros:

I am a loyalist of the Ruby hotels across Europe so was thrilled to stay at this one! It is right next to a train station which makes traveling into central Amsterdam a breeze but retains the quiet, relaxed feel of the neighboring buildings that are full of locals.

Cons:

My only complaint was that we got lucky and arrived during the exact week Amsterdam was experiencing an unprecedented heatwave. The rooms are not equipped with AC but the property was able to provide us with a small table fan. We also had the black out curtains up pretty much the entire time just to keep the room cool enough to sleep.

Lage war für den Zweck unserer Reise perfekt.
Metro in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren ungewöhnlich heiss. Keine Klimaanlage. Schlaf war in den 2 Nächten quasi ausgeschlossen. Die Lüftung im Zimmer lief nicht wirklich. Leider muss ich von Übernachtung an sehr sommerlichen Tagen abraten.
Auch weil man keine Möglichkeit hat ein Fenster zu öffnen.

Pros:

Hotel was lovely, staff are so helpful and kind. Location is good for transport links if you don't want to stay in Central Amsterdam. Check in was easy, and the lifts are easy to operate.

Cons:

It had no air con, couldn't cool the room down. The shower had a sulfur smell from the drain every morning. The staff did get us a little fan, didn't make much difference but just be wary if you travel when it's warm

Easy to get to, staff very friendly, rooms are spotless and very morden.
Bar is nice.
Didn't have any food so can't comment.

Cons:

Air conditioning isn't great in the room but other than that was a great place to stay.

Algunas habitaciones tenían cafetera pero la nuestra no. La pedimos y nos dijeron que lo sentían pero no la ponían, que unas tienen y otras no y dentro de la misma categoría
