Very expensive, cleaning should be a top priority
Pros:

The staff was always friendly and happy to oblige :)

Cons:

The cleaning of the room was never fully completed, sometimes the trash can wasn't emptied, the floor wasn't cleaned from dust or stains.
I had a coffee mug that stayed there for 3 whole days.
half of our stay, the Ipad- that was our main source for closing the blinds, lights, etc.. Wasn't even working.
We paid about 20€ per person for a daily breakfast, and for that price we would expect a more diverse cuisine, there was some cheeses, pastrami, yogurt, bread, etc.. all of which we could've bought at a grocery store for less.

Great place if you want to be slightly away from the center
Pros:

Ruby Emma is conveniently located next to a Metro stop which makes it so EASY to explore the city and the surrounding areas. There's a small convenience/grocery store around the corner along with some fast foods and a very nice brunch place about a 6 min walk.

The room had shutters controlled by an ipad which was awesome. The lights could also be controlled by the ipad. The only con to that was the outside mirror light was connected to the toilet light, so be prepared to wake up whoever is in bed if you need to go in the middle of the night.

Cons:

Drain didn't work well in the shower. iPad does not have a way to contact the front desk, so you must go downstairs for every question. Pillows were HORRIBLE, please please upgrade your pillows.

No water bottles or refill station. When my friend and I would go refill our water bottles near the bar (with previous permission) they would wait by us to make sure we didn't take anything like their snacks?? Some staff would come around and ask us what we are doing kind of rudely...it would be easier if there was a refill station or you just didn't have the snacks next to the water jug?? For as much as the hotel costs, getting water shouldn't be an issue.

Bon séjour.
Pros:
