Excelente hotel pero duplican cobros
Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente y muy lindas habitaciones

Cons:

Me hicieron cargos de alimentos a la habitación y yo había cancelado directamente. También me duplicaron el cobro de las noches y aun no me dan solucion

Good secure location, close by restaurants and accessible to all Tourist activities
Pros:

Freddy, Mariana, and Felipe were all exceptional and very helpful with every request we made at Front Desk. The breakfast was tasty and bountiful with fruits and local dishes as well.

Cons:

The gym is not adequate. However the hotel is directly above a full fitness center with daily use and month use passes but don’t believe the pass is good for 24 hrs, it’s not only for the day.

Todo bien con la habitación

Cons:

Algunas de la personas que me atendieron no me supieron dar razón de porque llegaba un link de pago en donde me pedían TODOS los datos de mi tarjeta. Casualmente hoy tengo cobros no reconocidos luego de dar click a ese link que realmente no sé para que era pero no puedo confirmar que fue por ello.

Que llega uno a un edificio y debe pasar a otro... Es complejo llegar a la recepción cuando usas o llegar por el parqueadero.

Poor soundproofing, basic hotel
Pros:

Stayed in a corner junior suite for 3 nights. The soundproofing is very poor and the hotel faces a busy road so you hear every car and motorcycle that passes by at night. We had 3 sound machines going and I still had to wear earplugs the 1st night. Pool is tiny and closed on Mondays. Breakfast is decent and does change daily. Room service food is from the bar on the 8th floor and is pretty decent. There is an atm and some shops/restaurants nearby. Because of the noise would not stay again.

L’endroit est très bruyant, j’ai dormi une nuit sur trois.
Les murs insolent pas le bruit du tout, tu peux entendre même la chasse d’eau des voisins.
