Pros:

The place is near the street where many tour agencies located so it is convenient if you need to shop around
The hotel does not have hot water for shower, which I don't think is mentioned on the hotel description and San Gil is pretty cool at night
The host insists for the 19% tax, even I have a tourist visa and should be exempted. Tho the host does not speak English so she cannot explain this clearly to me.
My room was right next to the reception, which means I can hear the loud buzz of the front door and people talking there all the time(tho the wifi works best there)
