This is a MOTEL not a hotel. Not worth your money.

Clean and friendly staff

I chose this “hotel” for the purpose of using a bathtub in the deluxe executive room after a long flight to Lima. Months prior to checking in, i had contacted the property requesting to be located on a quiet floor as i was a light sleeper. They reply OK and everything was taken care of. Guess what, the deluxe rooms were on the top floor below the bar and breakfast area! How noisy can it be every morning and night times. What a dishonest hotel! Yes, they moved me to another room which quieter but no bathtub. What’s the point?

Secondly dont call yourself a hotel. Lack of amenities not even a box of tissues/ facial tissues. Bathroom just a basic “shower gel and shampoo” which looked the same to me. That’s it.

It seems so odd to see all good reviews on booking.com but it turns out a mediocre hotel or should I say a motel after all.

So good we stayed twice.
Pros:

We loved our stay. Juan welcomed us so warmly and our room was very comfortable. It was quiet and everything was spotless. Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar was perfect at the end of the day to unwind.

Cons:

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is a coffee station downstairs but I would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea in my room.
