Personalul este amabil. Micul dejun a fost diversificat si gustos.

Cons:

Vederea din camera este catre o hala dezafectata. Era un miros urat care venea din baie. Patul avea niste denivelari si nu ne-am odihnit cum trebuie. Insonorizarea camerelor este foarte slaba. Daca aveti ghinionul sa aveti vecini galagiosi nu va puteti odihni. In camera de langa noi au stat de vorba niste oameni pana la ora 5 dimineata si se auzea perfect din camera noastra.

Cons:

Am fost la recepție să cer un pahar, iar persoana de acolo mi-a răspuns că „nu are, că nu este chelner”.

În aceeași zi era cazată o echipă sportivă de juniori, iar la masă au consumat aproape tot. Când am cerut și noi mâncare, ni s-a spus că nu mai au. 😂

Din păcate, pozele nu reflectă realitatea: dușul era ruginit, aerul condiționat nu funcționa, iar când am cerut să se remedieze problema, ni s-a spus că ar dura 3–5 zile.

Experiență jalnică.

Toți care recomandă ori sunt plătiți, ori n au mai fost la hotel.
